They gave us their time generously as we planned out different aspects of the funeral; even more importantly they didn't try to pressure us with any hard sells like some other funeral homes that our family has had experiences. They are also up front with their prices on their website, unlike many other funeral homes, which helps the family to know what they are dealing with cost wise before coming in.
