We had a trailer washed out here and when we arrived at our shipper, there were maggots in the…read moretrailer. The manager acknowledged he had told the washer rep to make sure and get those all out, but he admitted he probably didn't do a good job. He said he was going to try and get us a refund, but had to consult the owner. The owner refused and Manager then said that we should have driven over an hour back to get it looked at before that would even be considered, even though the shipper provided pictures and video of the maggots in the trailer. If we would have spent the 2 hours dealing with that we would not have been able to be loaded and make delivery on time. Our only choice was to go to a closer private individual to get the job done correctly and in time to get our shipment picked up.

Wish I could give negative scores!! Hands down the worst service from management I have ever…read moreexperienced in any customer service related business....ever! This was the third time my business has had interactions with this place. First time was just to get a DOT certification completed in our vehicle. Poor education process in what to expect, how to prevent paying multiple times to pass, Ect... Poorly executed service and bad attitudes. Second time was just a call up there to get another vehicle DOT certified. We were told they did not want to complete the DOT certification due to the type of business we own. This is fine but they were very rude about telling us they did not want to help us. They were quoted in saying "we don't mess with that" and "find someone else". Third and final time was just to get our vehicle washed. They use a power washing system to clean the trucks. We ran our bus through and 15min later it pulled out the other side to find that the sprayers have completely covered the inside of our vehicle in water and soap. There is an opening at the bottom of our door that was allowing water to spray in. This is definitely not their fault but the problem is again their failure to provide customer service. We went in the location to mention that water had sprayed inside the vehicle and to be sure to mention that or at least look for access points on other vehicles going forward. The manager said "it's not my fault your windows and ceiling leak". Which was not the issue at all by the way but he felt the need to say that and laugh like it was funny. Again, we did not want anything for free but just to educate them on our water issue based in a door gap. I have worked retail and other customer facing jobs in my life and I can tell you this company may need some new management or at least get someone else in a better position to deal with customers. Stay away if you intend to have any conversation with the manager. He absolutely needs some customer service classes or even a degraded job until he can master the art of customer relations.
