You get a good deal or fair enough discount off shoes. I wear a special or width shoes and so it rather limited for me. For mostly people, they will be able to find something nice. If you can wait out the line before getting to the front door, it's worth the wait. Good to go earlier in the day or much later in the day if possible. Everyone seems to like this store. The line for paying for items seems longer than the number of people roaming around the store. I loved it and I ask the young lady to get me one out the back and she did. I thinking since it's still in plastic that it's ok. When I opened the purse about 9 days after purchase I noticed that the zipper was broken and there was a long cut on the bottom. I instantly called Marc Jacob's but the store was closed so I called the next day to be told that all sales are final and there's a no exchange policy. I ask for the manager and she was nice nasty about the situation. I just wanted to exchange the purse for another purse but now I want my money back. I spent $263 on this purse to not be able to carry it. The nice nasty manager also said it's posted in the store of the no refund or exchange policy and sometimes the cashier may forget to tell you. That's an important part of your sales you don't forget. So any help I can get I would appreciate it.
