It looks like they have diversified their flip-flops as well as started a whole line of sneakers and it's not just 3/4 zips or T-shirts for a workout. Get on the email list to know when the sales are! They have different sales than regular under Armour location/website. Sometimes this location it's hard to find the sizes that my family needs. However, their selection is always changing. This location limits the number of customers at a time which is nice. I have been here multiple times since this has been implemented and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get into the store. If you work in Healthcare, are a first responder, or a teacher, bring your work badge for 10% off! State license or paystub will not work just FYI. read more

I am very unhappy with the "service" I did not receive today. I went to the counter, there were three people there ringing out, when I was next in line the one person available looked at me, turned around and walked away. So I was over it. Then a young man who actually asked me if I needed help, when asking if they have a sizing chart for sports bra, he said let me go ask one of the ladies. He comes back and says they said I would have to check the website. My question is, I have to go online, on your website to check YOUR sizing chart. You don't have access to it in here. He said I can ask my manager. I said it is okay. Then I'm leaving and the lady that walked out, is standing outside talking to the lady that is doing the count for the store. Horrible Customer service, except for the one. My suggestion, when someone asks you for a size, store person, you go on the website and tell the customer what it is. I am not a person that believes the customer is always right, but I do believe in assisting in the way that you can and not dismissing the issue. #thatisall read more

A very good place with staff that went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I went to the outlets to look for shoes. I went around the entire place and visited all the shoe places. I was just walking by here and was like, hmm I wonder if there is anything cheap here, I could use some nice clothes for sports. They made a few attempts to find me something I could play basketball in during these chilly fall Chicago days. They found me sweats but they were going to be too warm. Sadly they had clearance their under armour nylon type material. So I just looked around a bit and saw shoes on clearance. Again the same girl was very helpful and even checked in back after explaining that basketball shoes are already clearanced out since it was not basketball season but checked any how. Great above and beyond service! Prices here are a bit pricey compared to Target and such but about right compared to more normal places like Kohl's. Definitely cheaper than at the real under armour store. She did say I'd probably find what I wanted there since the basketball shoes were just being sold for the new season but that stuff doesn't make it to the outlet store for a while and I would sadly pay full price. I paid 40 dollars for this sweet pair of basketball shoes. read more

As a huge Under Armour fan, I stop in this store frequently. Since they have moved locations within the outlet mall, the women's selections is terrible. I've never been greeted coming in or out. I give up on this place. Dick's Sporting Goods isn't far away and the selection is much better. read more

Well, I was wrong. I know, right? Alert the media! I never thought I'd find anything that fits me. (I wear petites. I'm 5' 1", 100 lbs. soaking wet.) I never thought I'd find anything without a platinum price tag, even at the outlet. I left with two really nice, semi-fitted studio jackets under $35 each. They were 25% off the outlet price. We'd driven to Chicago Premium Outlets because I am very much in need of workout gear for cool / cold weather. We made a point of hitting every sporting goods store at the outlet mall, even those we normally pass by, just in case they were hiding that one great bargain. Glad we didn't blow off Under Armour. My son bought me a under Armour gift card for Christmas. I went to use it a month ago and was told it was used. I called their customer service and they said it was purchased from this location on 12/20 and was used on 12/22. Funny cause I was given it on 12/25 so one of the employees these used my card by using the number. They hire thieves so don't shop there unless you want them to steal from you too. I was given a gift card to UA for Christmas so I stopped by this outlet store. I was looking for some pants I could squat and run in. There were so many styles to choose from but the manager (Anthony) did a great job making me feel welcomed, provided excellent customer service and took his time answering all of my questions! Not only that, but the cashier (Cynthia) was very pleasant and friendly. I've never owned any UA gear prior to this purchase but I will definitely be back. Stood by register to pay, there were about five or six employees behind registers. No one offered to help. Completely ignored by the kid who had the only register opened and he just stepped out without saying anything. Never experienced such bad service. read more

Some outlets you pay less, some you don't...I honestly don't know if this place is cheaper than a regular Under Armour store, I've never been in one. I have a sweatshirt I bought online, a tank and headband from an outlet store. I go through gym shoes once every 6-ish months, and I like trying new brands, I really don't have a "favorite" so I thought I'd check out Under Armour for my next pair. Thankfully I got an email the day before my visit for 25% off at a factory store...even better! I usually like to spend no more than $50 on a pair of shoes, and I walked out paying $48 with tax for a pair that was $65 on sale here. They don't have tons to choose from, but a decent amount at reasonable prices. You get what you pay for, right?! They seem like a good quality pair, and I hope they last me at least 6 months. As for the store itself, they moved it to the new area in the mall, in fact it's not so cramped now. I didn't have anyone assisting me, nor did I need someone. This is simply reflection of manager and cashier I have encounter @ the store. My wife purchased 2 shirts at the store about a week ago but we've decided to exchange them today for a size smaller, we've got into a store with the original receipt in hand, cashier says "phone number", I thought it was for advertising so I say we will skip this, she starts telling us she either needs a phone number or e-mail to proceed and this is a company policy, I am yet to find this policy and while this seems like no big deal I don't need to give UA my private information when doing even exchange with receipt in hand. She coughs up an attitude and hands us the bag, I ask for her name and she refuses to give it to me, I say I want to have a talk with her manager and she points him out to us, guy was no help either and was condescending and confrontational, this is a prime example why you can't allow high school drop outs to independently run a store..... read more

I have always loved Under Armour's clothes and have recently become obsessed with it. I was looking for new work out shoes since I've had mine for 2 years already. Under Armour shoes are very comfortable and the prices at the outlet make them even better. The shoes were on sale for $49.99 and when I was walking around the store the the woman working there gave me a coupon for 20% off shoes....umm thanks!! I eneded up getting two regular priced items there as well, a pair of capris and a track jacket both were $44.99....a little pricey but I fell in love with them and new I just HAD to have them. When I was checking out I gave the boy my items and the coupon which he took off the shoes so they went down to $39.99, BUT then he was super awesome and gave me the 20% off everything....which he didnt have to do at all!!!so it went from $150.00 to $112.00!! I was so excited!!! I mean I would have paid full price, but hey if I can get it cheaper I will always take it!!! read more

Very disappointed! Drove all the way there specifically for this store and was completely disappointed. They had no youth size Small or extra Small shorts. And I could only find one size M. They also only had 2 backpacks to choose from which were more for girls. Everything was Lg or XXL. Just really bummed out. I would just go online and order. I also stood in line for 15 min with only one person ahead of me. The cashier couldn't figure out how to do a return and no one else was stepping into help:( This is my first review ever!
