Good enough variety of products for you to visit. It's always super crowded and at least it's comfortable to shop since March 2020 since people have to wait online before going inside. It's best to go and get what you need and get out. It may help the line move quicker. It's a fun place to visit limited in the newer edition of shoes. You get a good deal or fair enough discount off shoes. I wear a special or width shoes and so it rather limited for me. For mostly people, they will be able to find something nice. If you can wait out the line before getting to the front door, it's worth the wait. Good to go earlier in the day or much later in the day if possible. Everyone seems to like this store. The line for paying for items seems longer than the number of people roaming around the store. The shoes I got had a sign for a particular price and they refused to honor the price even after I asked and mentioned it four times they still wanted to charge me $40 higher so I just bought it and then I immediately returned it. I am not really into name brand shoes and what not but I came here while on a break at work with a bunch of the coworkers to check out some shoes and various apparel. They have a decent selection of shoes for those of various tastes, even those who like camo and what not. The lines were long but they moved pretty quickly at least. At about 5:45pm 9/16/22 a young lady help me calm my son down while I was trying to make a return. When I got to the counter, a Nike angel from the depths of the clothing section asked if she could help me calm my crying baby. I had already been embarrassed from standing in line with him crying for the last ten minutes and just wanted to get out of there, but she was very sweet and volunteered to push my stroller around while I made my return. She got him to stop crying and gave myself, along with the other patrons, a relief of his belting. The store store wait was around 5-7 minutes to get in which wasn't too bad. But I highly recommend not going on a Sunday. The prices are great but due to the businesses it was a bit hectic finding something good because things were all over the place. Great deals! Wide selection of choices. The clothes selection is great here as well. They are consistently stocked with lovely items. You can find almost all sizes from adult to infant. The employee also gave suggestions and I actually went with her recommendation even though it costs more than the cost that I was looking to spend. So disappointing, This store is so crowded and smells because of how many people are in there. They do a good job at keeping everything organized and looking clean with that amount of people walking through. When we were in line to check out there were about 6 cashiers yet we were sent back to the sales floor to check out with someone else because it would be "Faster." The two ladies that were checking people out were just laughing and joking with each other and not talking to any customers. There were people waiting in front of us otherwise i would have asked them what was going on. I ended up losing my spot in line and had to rejoin the large line, in which I was still checked out faster than waiting for the two ladies that were slacking off. I passed them earlier as I was shopping and they weren't helping customer's then either. I'm just so frustrated why they had us step out of line to not be helped when we would have been the next people to check out at the main checkout desks. I complained to the cashier and she just gave excuses claiming "it was faster" yet it was not faster, which is why I was getting checked out by her. She didn't even apologize. I have been going to this store since I was in junior high and always ended up taking a pair of nike home with me until I started to move over to New Balance, but I still check out this store whenever I am at the premium outlets. As the other reviewers indicated, the store staff is so so, but I have not had to ask for help during my visits so I have minimal interaction with the employees unless I am checking out. The front of the store has clothes for men, women, and children. The back is tons and tons of shoes with clearance shoes on the back wall. I haven't purchased a pair since high school actually and that was more than a decade plus ago but I had an international visitor with me and he insisted on seeing every shoe store. "We must go to "Nikes" store" he said. I've told him a million times.. its Nike like "nigh-key" Still he says it the way a person would say the name "Mikes". Moving on. Hitting the outlets on the weekends is when they are the hardest hit. So say you stop by on a weekday, it's like any sporting goods store at the start of the day. The deals here were far better than any of their competitors at this outlet. They had the clearance wall and then many aisles of shoes for the family and for each and every sport mankind needs them for. All non clearance shoes had a percentage of forty percent or higher off the listed price. My international visitor found a great pair of Nike's and got them at a great rate. I checked local listings on the shoes before purchase. They had many employees working the store and often we were approached by helpful staff. I've found some amazing deals here and I've discovered the key is to just come as much as possible to see what's on clearance. Insanity! No, not the at home workout. Insane is how I felt shopping here. The throngs of people, the sheer volume of shoes and the noise level was enough to drive me insane. Well almost. I was on a mission for my hubby. He loves shoes! I actually think that he has more pairs of shoes than I do these days. So, I was at the outlet mall and decided to run in for a pair. The good news? They had a ton of shoes in his size. The not so good news? The boxes were falling apart, the shoes were kinda all over and it was really hard to inspect the merchandise. Mainly because it was so crowded and there was no where to set down a box. I was very clown-like as I juggled many boxes of shoes for a while there. I eventually chose a pair and walked toward the registers. Oops! Silly girl. You can't walk toward the registers at this store. You must walk to the back of the store to find a line of sweaty, annoyed shoppers weaving in and out of the aisles. Then you must take your appointed place in said line where you will wait. And wait. And wait some more. And just when it's finally your turn, you will hand over your great find to the associate only to learn that since your shoe-lovin' hubby isn't with you and you chose the shoes by sight that you have two lefts. That's right! Two lefts!! (Boy this is getting confusing!). I'm a bozo. Thankfully, the associate got on her headset and informed the shoe-folks that I had two lefts and since my husband doesn't technically have two left feet, I needed one right. To form a proper pair. You know, like I should have originally received in the half-broken box. Sadly, the finding of a right took a while. Gratefully, I wasn't the one digging around back there. So, will I go here again? Yeah probably. But, I will drag the hubby and put the teenager in line at the beginning of our visit. I think that will be my smartest Nike Factory Store move ever! read more

The customer service at this location is NEGLECTFUL and AWFUL. The staff needs to be reminded to act like they care about their job and customers. I visited this location on a busy Saturday with my husband to replace his running watch. At first we couldn't find the watch display. When we finally found it, the push-for-service button left us waiting for awhile before I went hunting for help. Employee Encounters: #1 - At first we found someone and asked if they sold the running watches there. Employee #1 waved towards the center of the store and said "It's over there by the registers". We weaved through the general direction and found the display locked. (OK...) #2 - When no one responded to the display's push-for-service button, I found an employee rushing by and asked her for help. She briskly replied, "I'm off duty now" and kept on walking. (Gee, thanks!) #3 - Still looking for help, I asked two dressing room ladies to contact someone on their walkie-talkie ear piece to open the case. One pointed out, "You're supposed to push the button." When I told her we pushed it over 10 minutes ago, she did not reply nor move an inch. (Wow.) #4 - The other dressing room lady actually helped. She said, "Here, I'll find someone to help you." and walked me back to the case. She ended up getting the key from the behind the register herself. We quickly picked out the watch. "That's it?" she said in a surprised tone. (Yup.) Overall this was an annoying and frustrating experience. read more

Found a gorgeous pair of Lunarglide 6's for 30% off, so that was great. Except for the fact that some members of the staff apparently are incapable of doing their job when there are a lot of customers around. An employee started a line with a portable POS system to ring people up. I, along with 5 other people waited in that line, for (I'm not exaggerating) over 20 minutes. When it got to the person right before me, she goes "this is no longer a line", and expected me to leave, when she clearly saw I was standing their waiting patiently just like everybody else. I'll get right to the point: The quality of your shopping experience at the Nike Factory Store depends VERY much on when you go there. If the store isn't too busy, it's great - the staff is very helpful when the place isn't packed... They have an ever-rotating stock of various Nike shoes at great prices, as well as tons of other Nike-branded gear from socks to sunglasses. I always head straight to the back of the store, where the wall of totally random clearance shoes is located. I was there earlier today when it was NOT busy, and I asked a staff member if she could check in the back for a particular pair of shoes in my size. She came walking out of the stock room with a shoe box for me in about 57 seconds! On the other hand, if there's a line to get into the store, just go somewhere else. When it gets full, it's difficult to walk the aisles and look at shoes, almost impossible to try anything on, and the checkout line takes FOREVER! Also, the staff becomes much less helpful when they have so many potential shoplifters to look after... My obvious recommendation is to go there during off-peak business hours. You will find a great selection of Nike shoes at super-cheap prices! read more

I did not physically go to this location, as I am located in Corpus Christi, TX. I called in an order for the JJ Watt trainers after doing some research and finding out they were there. I was greeted professionally on the phone and then directed to Men's Footwear where I was again positively greeted. Ruth enthusiastically took my question, found my sneaker and took my information to place a phone order. It was clear that they were busy, but the hold times between getting my information and doing the necessary research, then executing the order, were short and here customer service to prevent me from becoming impatient was intentional and effective. First of all, I'm a Nike junkie. This place is such a tease. It really is. I'm always giddy like a kid going to Toy's R Us. Unfortunately, instead of walking out of here with the greatest and newest Transformers toy, I end up leaving with Go Bots instead. Anyway, I always hit this place up whenever I hit any of the outlets. I know, I know, it's just an outlet, so I shouldn't get my hopes up to find anything spectacular. At the same time, it's the NIKE store! A store devoted to nothing but Nike has to be good!!! Unfortunately, I rarely ever find the shoes I want here. I'll find a pair here and there. They'll even have the shoes I like. Sometimes they'll even have actual Jordans. The bad part is, only the weirdest colorways are available. There are occasionally good deals on nice basketball shorts or some hats. While it's cheaper as going to other places like Finishline or Footlocker, not everything is a good deal. Depending on the item, I might as well pay the extra 5-15 bucks more at Finishline and get the colorway I want. (Sometimes, I get my Finishline coupon and it comes to pretty much the same price anyway...) I'll always it this place up though. Very poor customer service. I was going to give them two stars but I do not see the point. There were 2 guys by the kids shoes (it looked like one was training another), I patiently waited for them to finish talking, only for them to walk away, without me asking my question. I waited another 5 minutes until someone else came around. There were two guys at checkout. When one became open I walked over. He walked away and started stacking his bags, without even acknowledging me. He looked at me, made eye contact, but not even a hello. If I did not have my 4 year old with me I definitely would not have bought her her shin guards. Very disappointed.... read more

I was on the hunt for women's workout apparel and was curious to try out the Nike Factory Store in Aurora. I came away let down by my experience. I was expecting an OUTLET, but I guess a "factory store" is different. The women's clothing section was really small. There was very little marked down/clearance merchandise... all mixed in with regular priced items. I found some training capris that were really nice, but they were $90... less than 20% off the retail price. The real kicker was that the same pants were still available on Nike's website... FOR LESS! Between the 45-minute commute from Chicago to Aurora, the added cost of tolls, and the value of what you're actually getting, I'd recommend Kohls or Nordstrom Rack if you're on the hunt for a bargain. Nike's online store is pretty awesome as well. Good deals + free shipping. read more

I came in the store and found a pair on the clearance rack. I asked a few people working in the back regarding the Nikes. I also asked the women in the back regarding the price. She indicated they were significantly marked down because they were returned and the only ones in the store. I went to the register and the cashier rang them up and they came out to about $47. I was about to hand him the money when my friend said something regarding the price. The cashier looked at him and adjusted the price to $150. I asked for the manager and she said she couldn't give me them for the price cashier originally rang up. The manager asked who initially said the price was clearances and requested the women to the register. The women denied the conversation completely and said she didn't talk about price. I was extremely excited about the shoe and especially the price. I spoke to about 4 employees regarding the price and no one said anything or corrected me. I ended up paying roughly $103 for the shoe, even though they rang out for $47. I will be writing to corp. read more

I LOVE Nike so obviously I love the store. haha. You are not going to always get what you want, because it is an outlet store, but that is ok. I just went there yesterday and they have a new layout. Their old layout was pretty confusing and messy. Now, it is soo much better. Very clean, organized, and seems like they have more of some things. Such as shoes and now a fitting room. The customer service is OK. Out of the many times I have gone there, I think I was only asked if I needed help twice and greeted at the door probably three times. Sometimes you can tell that some of the employees don't want to be there. Or when I go to the cashier, I don't want to hear you talking to your fellow coworker about your day or how many hours you worked this week. Anyway, I do like the way they have their check out line, but I think they should allow more room for it. It gets kind of hard to pass people to get checked out when you only have about 15 inches of space. Overall, it's a decent store, but I like it a lot better now that they remodeled it. Overall good experience. We went there Sunday, March 29th around 2pm. Yes, it was a lot of people, but I guess its a sign that the place really offers something interesting. We were helped by Brandon, very welcoming and patient employee! I mean, I know myself when shopping, even my own husband hates me being so picky, looking for something, nobody knows what, or opposite, looking exactly know what, but from older models, thats hard to find... anyways, we got 3 pares of shoes, comparing to Rosemont outlets, 2 pares were cheaper for $25, the other one was in stock only in Aurora outlets. I guess the only complaint would be...not even to the store, to the company in general... every year new modes get uglier and uglier, less nice colors... when I was younger and couldnt afford to have a lot of good shoes, they were better, now I am whiling to spend my money on them, but so hard to find good model! read more

Huge outlet store for Nike. The store has a weird smell. The selection is good in terms of type of clothing you are looking for, but within each type of clothes, the choices are not that good. Price is OK. You should treat all stores in this outlet as a regular priced store. All the MSRP and a discount thingy are fake. Regardless of what discount you are getting, the total out of pocket cost is the same. If you are looking for truly discounted designer goods, you might be better off with Nordstrom Rack, Saks Fifth Off and etc. read more
