James and his assistant (I forget his name) arrived the same day and were communicative via text, letting me know when he left the previous job and was on the way to my house. He worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. He even gave me some pointers about how to clear the clog myself in the future, if it happened again. It took them about 30 minutes to clear the clog and they took their time checking that it was gone for good. Given the COVID pandemic I asked them to wear masks and they did without hesitation; James said this is their policy anyway. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite throughout the whole service call. I will definitely keep them in mind if I have future plumbing problems. Highly recommend.

My husband drained the old hot water heater, disconnected it, returned it to Home Depot and then purchased the new one, brought it home, took it in our house so that when the mechanics arrived at our home at 10:04 AM all they had to do was take it down the basement and make 4 connections. My husband also saved the fittings from the old hot water heater that were an exact fit for the new one. There was NO retrofitting, just connecting. As I stated they arrived at 10:04 AM and left at 10:45 AM. 41 minutes and the job was complete. They charged us $600. for 41 minutes of work. In my humble opinion, NOTHING justifies that. I want to buy and use local services, however, I do not want to get ripped off!!!
