Instead of simply explaining their system, the employee, Tom, immediately scolded me for "cutting" ahead of others. I explained that I didn't need any assistance from the counter and just needed to check out, but he responded angrily that this is why they have a ticketing system and that I shouldn't "jump in front of people." It was an unnecessarily rude interaction, especially given that a simple explanation would have resolved everything. Not the level of customer service, or the holiday spirit, I expected. Unfortunately, my 6-year-old had to witness the whole exchange as well.

You can get their items either fresh or frozen. Fresh cod was being prepped during our visit today. We purchased some frozen scallops which I've heard are delicious. I can't wait to cook them.
