I was contacted by the driver on the day of pick up. He was very kind and professional and punctual. I didn't have to do anything to assist in getting the vehicle out of the garage. The driver was very knowledgable and we had a great conversation. The vehicle was transported to LKQ, and the next day I went to the location to pick up the check. There was a line at the door of individuals waiting to get in... almost like black Friday. I was allowed to hop the line to the selling area. I brought in the title. They answered all my questions.
