I felt completely confident in the care I received. A huge shout-out especially to Dahiana! She went above and beyond, gathering up a whole bunch of frames for me to try on. She was incredibly patient and gave fantastic advice, helping me pick out the perfect frame that fits my personality best. On top of her great styling eye, she took the time to clearly explain all the costs and how my insurance worked so there were no surprises. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. McCann and his wonderful team for anyone looking for top-notch eye care!

They said they would call and update and they haven't. I had to get glasses some where else, not fair to me. Maybe they will mail them or maybe they gave them to someone else. Very frustrated at this point with the office staff. The doctor was ok. Won't be returning

Both of these men were great), . But customer service was not great anymore. I think it's because they are overbooked and crowded. Arrived at 1043am, seen by the doctor around 11:02, done by 11:14, seen by the optician (Ariana) by 12:08 noon, left around 12:13noon. No glasses ordered, just eye exam. No dilation, no special exam. It was more than an hour. 1:30 to be exact. Eye exam was less than 15min. But waiting time, especially checking out was almost an hour. Just a heads up for future customers. Note: you have to set aside more than two hours if ordering glasses here. And two weeks to process.

I asked for two pair of glasses (1 far, 1 progressive) in the same frame with the same features, all top of the line (lightest lenses, darkest transition tint, etc.). I said this about four times over the lengthy process of them getting the order typed into their computer. I was quoted a total of $600. I was not given an itemized receipt or invoice. Then when I picked up the glasses, I was told that was for just the one pair. I suppose I should have confirmed a fifth time that it was two pair or asked for an itemized invoice, but after waiting so long I was in a hurry. I will not return and will just get an Rx and buy the glasses online next time.

St. Cloud Eye Clinic - First Visit Review This was my first…read morevisit to St. Cloud Eye Clinic. The wait time was minimal, which I appreciated. There was quite a bit of paperwork to complete upon arrival. The link provided ahead of time to complete the paperwork did not work, which in hindsight should have been a sign to go elsewhere. The clinic is connected with a dental office in the same facility, which I found a bit unusual. The receptionist handled check-in, insurance, and the eye pre-exam, which felt like a lot for one person. Once I was seated for the eye exam, I was informed that due to a pre-existing medical condition, the financial portion would need to be submitted through my medical insurance rather than my vision insurance. This was confusing, especially since I had already gone through the medical insurance process just two weeks prior. The explanation provided did not make sense. Overall, the visit started off smoothly but became confusing and frustrating when it came to paperwork, insurance, and billing.

From the moment I walked in, the place felt…read moreunclean -- dusty surfaces, smudged counters, and an overall stale smell that immediately made me uncomfortable. This is not what you expect from a business dealing with eye care and medical equipment. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive. Questions about pricing and services were met with attitude instead of clear explanations. I felt rushed, talked over, and treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Transparency was completely lacking -- prices were unclear until the very end, and even then they were explained poorly. Management was especially disappointing. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, they became defensive and confrontational. Any attempt to ask for clarification turned into an uncomfortable interaction rather than a helpful conversation. Customer service here is clearly not a priority. Between the cleanliness issues, the confusing pricing, and the rude behavior, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at an optical store. There are plenty of other places that are cleaner, more professional, and actually respect their customers. I won't be returning.

Everyone that works there wears a mask, and masks are mandatory to enter. Your temperature is taken when you walk in the door and you are given hand sanitizer before they will talk to you. They are faithfully sanitizing and wiping down tables and equipment. I tried many times to called to make an appointment, but no one answered the phone. I eventually had to go there to make the appointment. The eye doctor lacked personality and seemed very indifferent. I kept thinking that he must not like his job too much. The rest of the staff however was very friendly and personable. They had a nice selection of designer and brand name glasses. I was able to select two that I was very happy with (every day and sunglasses). It took about two weeks for my order to come in. The sunglasses were ready in a week, but the bifocals took two. Price: Their prices were on the higher scale. The glasses were average, but by the time you add in the extras (tint, scratch resistance, glare resistance, bifocals, etc.), you are up there in price. I have VSP vision insurance and still paid more than I have in the past at other vision centers. If cost is not an issue, they were pretty good otherwise. Overall: My experience was very good, the cost was on the higher side, and I was frequently annoyed at them for not answering their phone.
