We had to make 4 different visits (all worth the trips) while in Orlando so they could monitor the eye and ensure it did not get worse and was healing properly. They were very thorough and communicated with our player's eye doctor back in KY. Yet when I arrived, they couldn't find my insurance in their system. After unnecessary back-and-forth, they eventually located it -- something that should have been handled before I walked in the door. It only got worse from there. Once they realized I needed a full eye evaluation and assessment of my scleral lenses, they informed me I had been scheduled with the wrong doctor. My options were to either wait another hour or reschedule entirely. Since I had already driven an hour each way, I agreed to wait. Then I was told the doctor only spends 20 minutes per patient -- and that if I actually needed scleral lens fitting or proper evaluation, I would have to come back on another day. At that point it became very clear: their priority was protecting the doctor's schedule, not providing patient-centered care. There was zero ownership of the scheduling mistake, zero attempt to accommodate the situation meaningfully, and no concern for the fact that I had invested two hours of driving time. Healthcare is supposed to be about patients. Instead, I felt like an inconvenience to their calendar. This was a complete waste of my time. If you value efficiency, professionalism, and being treated like a patient rather than a scheduling problem, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Everyone that works there wears a mask, and masks are mandatory to enter. Your temperature is taken when you walk in the door and you are given hand sanitizer before they will talk to you. They are faithfully sanitizing and wiping down tables and equipment. I tried many times to called to make an appointment, but no one answered the phone. I eventually had to go there to make the appointment. The eye doctor lacked personality and seemed very indifferent. I kept thinking that he must not like his job too much. The rest of the staff however was very friendly and personable. They had a nice selection of designer and brand name glasses. I was able to select two that I was very happy with (every day and sunglasses). It took about two weeks for my order to come in. The sunglasses were ready in a week, but the bifocals took two. Price: Their prices were on the higher scale. The glasses were average, but by the time you add in the extras (tint, scratch resistance, glare resistance, bifocals, etc.), you are up there in price. I have VSP vision insurance and still paid more than I have in the past at other vision centers. If cost is not an issue, they were pretty good otherwise. Overall: My experience was very good, the cost was on the higher side, and I was frequently annoyed at them for not answering their phone.

Both of these men were great), . But customer service was not great anymore. I think it's because they are overbooked and crowded. Arrived at 1043am, seen by the doctor around 11:02, done by 11:14, seen by the optician (Ariana) by 12:08 noon, left around 12:13noon. No glasses ordered, just eye exam. No dilation, no special exam. It was more than an hour. 1:30 to be exact. Eye exam was less than 15min. But waiting time, especially checking out was almost an hour. Just a heads up for future customers. Note: you have to set aside more than two hours if ordering glasses here. And two weeks to process.

I said this about four times over the lengthy process of them getting the order typed into their computer. I was quoted a total of $600. I was not given an itemized receipt or invoice. Then when I picked up the glasses, I was told that was for just the one pair. I suppose I should have confirmed a fifth time that it was two pair or asked for an itemized invoice, but after waiting so long I was in a hurry. I will not return and will just get an Rx and buy the glasses online next time.

We solved the mystery of why I was having such a hard time with lights (even with an astigmatism correction). She is so kind, calm and patient. This is the personalized and concierge experience I was looking for. Everything is personalized - from the time to walk in the door to when you leave. From the music to little special perks when you pick up your glasses and everything in between, including a relaxation room! They have thought of everything. Over the past several months, I have had to return multiple times because the prescriptions provided were not correct. Each time I was asked to come back to try new lenses to see if they worked better. I trusted the process and continued returning as requested by the office. During one of my visits, I was informed that the fee I had already paid for both the glasses and contact lens prescriptions had an expiration date. This was surprising and disappointing, especially since the repeated visits were due to the office not being able to determine the correct prescription in the first place. At my most recent visit, I was told that the new lenses I needed to try would no longer be covered because too much time had passed since the initial appointment and payment. This does not seem fair, considering the delay was caused by the inability to get my prescription right, not by anything on my part. To make matters more confusing, I am now being referred to a specialist. After months of appointments and additional inconvenience, I feel that the situation has been poorly handled and that patients should not be penalized for extended timelines when the issue originates with the prescription process itself. I hope the office reviews how situations like this are managed so future patients do not experience the same frustration.

I had my eyes checked and my eyes actually went from an eight to a six; which I guess is an improvement from my current standards. I picked out three pairs of glasses. I've never heard of the Costa brand of sunglasses - what I really liked is one of the male eye employees told me that the nose pads get sticky when you sweat so they don't slip off your face which I loved because I work outside currently. This is the second, more ridiculous and expensive mishap. I had a big glob in my eye, and I'm sure the color powder had something to do with it. I wanted someone good to look at it. I found this place on my insurance website. Having no clue as to whom to choose, I decided to pick a doctor that appeared to have an East Indian name. Dr. Saira Choudhri. Perfect. The office was kind of hard to find, but I did after some driving around. It's across from the Loop behind the Vitamin Shoppe in a professional office park. I just felt like everyone in the waiting room was old. I was the only young person. The feel was clinical, and rather impersonal. It needs warmth. Not a discount, just an observation. Dr. Saira Choudhri is more qualified than necessary. More beautiful than necessary. So, here I am, with blue still coming out of my nose from color run, and now yellow coming out of eyes, with a gorgeous, overqualified eye doctor taking out my daily contact lens with no effort at all that I had been trying to get out for the past 3 days. And she tells me I have allergies in that eye, gives me my drops, and I am on my way. And I am suppose to see her again in 6 months. I felt as if I was dealing with competent people here who really know their stuff. It's a professional and clean environment, and would definitely recommend.
