There was quite a bit of paperwork to complete upon arrival. The link provided ahead of time to complete the paperwork did not work, which in hindsight should have been a sign to go elsewhere. The clinic is connected with a dental office in the same facility, which I found a bit unusual. The receptionist handled check-in, insurance, and the eye pre-exam, which felt like a lot for one person. Once I was seated for the eye exam, I was informed that due to a pre-existing medical condition, the financial portion would need to be submitted through my medical insurance rather than my vision insurance. This was confusing, especially since I had already gone through the medical insurance process just two weeks prior. The explanation provided did not make sense. Overall, the visit started off smoothly but became confusing and frustrating when it came to paperwork, insurance, and billing.

Both of these men were great), . But customer service was not great anymore. I think it's because they are overbooked and crowded. Arrived at 1043am, seen by the doctor around 11:02, done by 11:14, seen by the optician (Ariana) by 12:08 noon, left around 12:13noon. No glasses ordered, just eye exam. No dilation, no special exam. It was more than an hour. 1:30 to be exact. Eye exam was less than 15min. But waiting time, especially checking out was almost an hour. Just a heads up for future customers. Note: you have to set aside more than two hours if ordering glasses here. And two weeks to process.

I asked for two pair of glasses (1 far, 1 progressive) in the same frame with the same features, all top of the line (lightest lenses, darkest transition tint, etc.). I said this about four times over the lengthy process of them getting the order typed into their computer. I was quoted a total of $600. I was not given an itemized receipt or invoice. Then when I picked up the glasses, I was told that was for just the one pair. I suppose I should have confirmed a fifth time that it was two pair or asked for an itemized invoice, but after waiting so long I was in a hurry. I will not return and will just get an Rx and buy the glasses online next time.

I came in recently expecting a simple prescription update, but it turned out things were a bit more complicated. The team was great--clear, patient, and helpful as I got a stronger glasses prescription and started contacts for the first time. I've also had a medical emergency during an eye exam in the past, so I tend to be a little uneasy in these settings. They were completely understanding about that and made sure the whole appointment moved at a pace I was comfortable with. Even now, weeks later and back out of state, they've stayed responsive and easy to reach whenever I've had questions. It's been a huge help and really reassuring to know I can still count on them, even from afar.

Over the past several months, I have had to return multiple times because the prescriptions provided were not correct. Each time I was asked to come back to try new lenses to see if they worked better. I trusted the process and continued returning as requested by the office. During one of my visits, I was informed that the fee I had already paid for both the glasses and contact lens prescriptions had an expiration date. This was surprising and disappointing, especially since the repeated visits were due to the office not being able to determine the correct prescription in the first place. At my most recent visit, I was told that the new lenses I needed to try would no longer be covered because too much time had passed since the initial appointment and payment. This does not seem fair, considering the delay was caused by the inability to get my prescription right, not by anything on my part. To make matters more confusing, I am now being referred to a specialist. After months of appointments and additional inconvenience, I feel that the situation has been poorly handled and that patients should not be penalized for extended timelines when the issue originates with the prescription process itself. I provided all the requested info, including my insurance details and was told everything was good to go. My appointment was booked, no issues. Fast forward to today. I had to reschedule my appointment due to medical reasons, which I did, and it was confirmed. I received reminder calls and texts to make sure I was ready for the appointment. Now, less than 24 hours before my appointment, I get a call saying they don't accept my insurance and it's "out of network." Are you kidding me? They had all my insurance info for months and sat on it, knowing full well they didn't accept it. Not once did they mention this until the very last minute, completely wasting my time. The worst part? ZERO empathy. The staff was cold, disinterested, and didn't care one bit about the inconvenience they caused. I was even told that this is just how they do things, this is normal for them. Absolutely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
