She said oh what is your insurance I said are you not able to see it on my file she still seems to be having problems where she had to go and get another person to assist her I also had stated that I had had FSA send a $220 with the coverage of my contacts at the end of September. My appointment had been in the end of April going into May for my contact fitting. I just had an order the contacts yet when the lady came back she she said all the $220 went towards your past due I asked what past due bill because I've never had a past due bill ever I've always paid the co-pay my insurance always paid the balance and you can't order glasses or without paying for them upfront. She stated she didn't know she's not billing but then told me that my insurance didn't cover anything. I said so my insurance was kicked back she says no so then how is there a bill so this went back-and-forth with the lady started to yell she doesn't work in billing. She's just telling me that the 220 that was sent to be the exact amount that a bill went out for I chose to have I asked her for gave me a 636 area code number. I'm assuming she didn't think I would actually call. I called the number and some random guy voicemail came on in which I walked back in and I said ma'am, I did not ask you for this random person and I know one person doesn't work I please have the phone number she did not come from out of the back she yelled there is no number for billing. It's a corporate I didn't ask the corporate I asked for billing since you're this is a billing issue and you don't work in billing. out of the back in which there was a young lady at the counter said can I see the number who then hung up and said not sure who number that is but let me assist you. She then looked up the actual billing number and provided it to which be the correct number so now an audit is being completed on my account and I have to give billing two weeks because someone took the $220 and should not have or put it in their pockets I did state that I would not be completing the purchase of my contacts or glasses and I also notified my daughter complete the purchase of her glasses or contacts at this time within 15 minutes of me leaving the office I receive multiple notifications that all of my appointments for next year had been canceled for both my daughters and myself without me asking and without them notifying me so at this point, I absolutely will not be coming back the behavior the customer service and the knowledge was beyond horrible. I will note that this is a completely different staff than who has originally been there and since there has been a change, there has been constant issues with them. I would not recommend them to I'm a disabled and I cannot afford to have people take money from they should not be !!!!!
