Speed and Check-in: -You will get a text reminder and it's super easy to check-in through the kiosk. They called me in at my scheduled time. I was in and out in 15 minutes - probably my quickest lab visit ever. Customer service: -The redheaded phlebotomist was sweet, professional, and calm. She made the experience completely painless. She checks you in fast, makes sure you're in and out. Plus I have small veins, which I usually get poked so much. Nope not Chere, it was gentle, fast and painless, also it's a clean environment, and they have great parking. I don't know about all other employees, every time I go I get helped by chere and I've had a pleasant experience with her.
