So I ordered 2 leis back in April for a graduation today (May 18). I get there to pick them up and…read moream told they don't have orchids. Oh but, "They'll be here tomorrow" which does absolutely nothing for the graduation today! They put together a lei (the only one it appeared they had and stuck some blue ribbon in it. They did reimburse me for the cost of the second lei as well as the tip I had left. I'm super frustrated because they had my number and at no time did they call me and say there was a problem. That would've given me more time to find another florist that could MAYBE get something together. Trying to find a florist that can pull off a lei ON THE DAY is near impossible and in a short time frame. This is the first time I've done business with The Flower Cottage, and the last. The ball was really dropped on this one.

I'd totally have had her do it too if I wasn't on such a time constraint. I had to have my son to Santa Cruz by 2 and we were at 1030. They made him a gorgeous carnation lei in burgundy and I had it by 1145. The staff and owner are the absolute sweetest! They went above and beyond to make sure they had a happy customer by the time we left. Where one shop lost a customer, stems gained another one!
