Unfortunately the dryer was old and there was not a replacement computer board, they offered to send my existing computer board for repair. I was worried about the time it would take, but it just took a couple of days. They came right back and installed it very quickly. They evaluated the problem on a Friday and they've returned on Monday with the fixed board. There is a three month parts and labor warranty that comes with the service. They were solution, oriented, and problem solvers. They were very respectful of my space. And they were neat and tidy. Also very friendly. I would highly recommend this company.
