I called for repair, set an appointment, they gave me a 3-hour window. About 15 minutes before the three hour window was up, I called and asked for an ETA. They told me the repair person got stuck on another job and it would be another couple of hours. No one had called to notify me of that and they didn't even apologize. Fast, friendly, honest and skilled. Call these guys! I had a Sears home warranty, emphasize HAD here. Sears sent me smelly morons who hadn't a clue and showed up driving their own car, not a service can. When my dishwasher went haywire the Sears guy couldn't figure it out, decided to replace ALL the electronics and didn't wear a mask. He said the parts would take ten days. If I could give a higher rating, I would. My 4-year old LG Refrigerator stopped freezing and refrigerating. I called another company who didn't service LG and he recommended Chris from Good's Appliance Repair Services. I called Good's around 3PM and he was able to come out right away the next day. He asked for a copy of my purchase receipt, because he said the compressor was warrantied for 10 years....a fact I was unaware of. Not only did he diagnose the problem but was able to repair my refrigerator the same day. He cleaned up afterward, and applied for the payment for the replacement of the compressor through the warranty. Super easy for me. All I had to do was pay a very reasonable service call fee. We've had Bill come and repair a dryer and a washer at a tenant's house and fixed them right. He was responsive, timely, professional, and gave a great price. Furthermore he was totally cool with me hanging around to see how he did the work, and he even talked me through how to fix some random appliance problems in my own house. On top of that, the ex-tenants managed to break the dryer switch (again!) which we found out after they moved out. Our dishwasher stopped using water, although we appreciate the money saving I was uncomfortable with cold water rinses being the only defense between botulism spores and my digestive track. The owner of Goods quoted an arrival time, and was here ten minutes after the earliest time! Great service! He checked and aid it needed a new motor and computer, we looked and got one at Lowes. He hadn't taken money from me at the first visit because he would apply it to the bill if he came back out. Three days later I remembered that I forgot to mail a check! In the mail it went. The whole thing could have been a crazy maker, but he was so chill and nice it was like having a smart friend take a look at it. I have dealt with a lot of appliance repair guys through the years, he is the one I'll use from now on. He was very nice, up front about his service fee and how he charged. He arrived at the time he said he would and came in and started work right away.
