I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and the owner Mark. He did a beautiful job cleaning our tile floor throughout almost the entire lower level of our home. The grout clearly hadn't been cleaned or sealed since it was installed ( prior to our moving in ). It was a big job and Mark worked so hard. Mark is fantastic! He did our windows and carpets and did a beautiful job on both. We have a ton of windows and many in very difficult to get places. No problem for Mark! I didn't expect him to get to some, but he worked some ladder magic and got it done. He also used a polishing compound on my windows that had hard water deposits and made them look new again. Amazing job! I am so pleased with the results. One of my house guests spilled what I can only imagine is a nasty coffee stain on my mattress in the spare bedroom and didn't tell me about it, so who knows how long it sat there. Right to the get-go we discussed a price and I didn't even have to haggle because it was such a good price. My toilet leaked in the middle of the night. I luckily woke up to a flooded bathroom and it spread to the the bedroom. Class Carpet came in the next dayand was able to get all of the water out in a little over an hour and a half. The next day it was all dry. My kid spilled an entire bottle of Blue Nail Polish on my carpet was new and I was frantic. It was Sunday and Rich was the only one that would come on a Sunday and take on the stain (it was his day off). It was definitely a carpet emergency for me because new carpet is so expensive to replace. He used multiple cleaning chemicals and entirely removed the blue nail polish out of the carpet. When he finished, the stain was gone. I went from being frantic to happy And the price was so fair. He was nice, professional and rescued me on this one.
