We used this service when we moved in as we needed carpets cleaned asap after owners left it without vacuuming or cleaning and it was disgusting. They came out and did amazing job that time on short notice. We have used them twice since. This time he charged as much as first big cleaning and didn't even clean every room. Stains came back not more than a couple days later and one stain that was visible was a new stain I just made after dropping some sauce on carpet so can't be blamed on set in stain. I will not be using this service again, very unhappy with results after spending $550! I now have to get them cleaned again and find a different service. read more

Amazing work! My floors look so wonderful and brand new again. I haven't seen my floors look this good since we moved into our brand new home 2 years ago. I provide dog boarding in my home so my floors and the grout especially were pretty dirty with the many dogs that have come in and out of here. I highly recommend Darrell to get the job done! I called Darrell for an estimate to clean my kitchen tile floor that had build up from a polish product that was recommended by HD. Darrell arrived on time and explained how he could bring my kitchen floor back to it's original color, and remove the build up on the floor which attracted dirt mixed with the polish build up that was recommended. My husband and I both liked Darrell not overselling anything to us, explaining why the floor got the way it did, and what to do in the future to keep it clean without build up.
