They have free vacuums, free high pressure blowers (think canned air) for small debris in tight crevices, free damp cleaning clothes, and you can buy things like window cleaning cloths. There wasn't any rain either. The sides of my car were okay but between the person doing an initial light scrub and the whole car wash, my car still left dirty.
