The interior was already in very good condition--it mainly needed a thorough vacuuming, the seats wiped down, and the dash, doors, and trim cleaned. I was in a hurry afterward, so I paid, left a generous tip, and drove away. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed dust and grime still all over the dashboard, door panels, and interior trim. When I got home, I ended up redoing the entire inside myself because so much had been missed. This was the second chance I've given them, and unfortunately, the results were just as disappointing. Lesson learned. If you want the job done right, you'll probably have to stand there and constantly check what they're missing. I won't be using their detailing service again.

The facility is well-maintained, you can access it 24 hours/day, and everything usually works well. The only time I ever had problems I called the number posted on the door to the attendant area and my problems were addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. I moved to east Portland recently and have been so disappointed in the options near me that I drive out of my way to go here. I don't use the automated wash option, I can't say much about that.

When I came back around to ask for a receipt, I was given one that said "cash" and no card number. The time stamp was 30 minutes ahead. When I pointed this out, the guy said with a smirk "...And?". I told him it was a cash receipt and I used a card. He further explained that it was a cash till and even if you use a card, the receipt will say cash. I don't know about you, but a consumer should not have to be treated like this. Never using this car wash again.

Their soap, wax whatever magic potion they're using always leaves my car gleaming like it just rolled off a showroom floor. And the price? Fair as can be, which is getting rarer these days. What I love most is how happy the whole experience feels. They hand you a towel for the inside, take their time with the details, and send you off with a shine that lasts.
