No frills here. Simple, and straightforward. If you're looking for someone to give you a free beer or watch tv this is not your place. They cut your hair and they do it well. They're kind and professional. They accept cards too so they're certainly not trying to force tips as so many barbershops do. read more

I've been getting my haircut from Vick for a little over a year now and haven't been disappointed. I've gone to other barbers but he's the best. I'm glad he has his own shop now because his talent and vision will reflect well on the other barbers. The shop is a month old, but it's not uncomfortable. It's nice to walk in, Vick treats everyone like they've been before and really listens to what you want your hair to look like. Like all good barbers, Vick will suggest things but if you don't agree he doesn't force it on you. The shop is a bit hidden, but not difficult to get to once you've already been. So I only just walked out of this place after getting my first haircut from here, and I have to say, it was truly fantastic. Classic Barbers beats the experience I've had at any other barber shop, and it is LIGHT YEARS beyond the service I was sadly accustomed to at Supercuts. The barbers are great and friendly, the haircuts precise and done with care. I was panicking by the end of my cut, expecting it to cost something north of $50, but it was only $17! I started coming here when the place first opened up and I have been a repeat customer ever since it opened up. When I first came to this place, I was happy that I finally found a decent barbershop. Finding a good barber is very important! When I first came here Victor Valencia (not to be confused with the owner, Vic Muro) was working here and he was the absolute best. However, ever since Victor left this place, this shop has been going down hill-fast. The turnover at this place is crazy, I know barbers come and go but I can't even keep up with the number who have passed through here. Every single time I came here, the quality got progressively worse. Victor was the best, Itzel and Vic were ok, Jorge was eh, but the last (1/9/16) employee who cut my hair, Ryan(I think that was his name??) was absolute crap. The employees at this place love talking, now that's not a bad thing as long as you can multitask. Ryan couldn't cut and talk at the same time, didn't pay attention even though I repeated to him what I wanted, "I want a quarter of an inch cut off from the top". Only to have him use the clippers and trim my hair to a quarter inch LONG. I was furious as I was getting cleaned up for a special occasion. It's infuriating given that I explicitly said "I like my length and want to get it cleaned up only by taking a quarter inch off" only to receive a "I got you,broo". I'm convinced that Ryan and anyone who works here couldn't cut their way out of a paper bag. Hey Vic, the next time you see a customer angry, don't sit their with your mouth open. If you really care about your customers, do something. Oh, and teach or recruit some decent barbers who have some sense of professionalism or keep suffering from your high turnover rate. I want to make it clear this review is not based off one (1) single visit but four (4) over the course of about 6 months. Vick and the female working there are both great at their craft; very professional, never cut any corners, and the end result was an A+ haircut. The other guy Brian is a complete waste of space in that shop. I had my hair cut by him two times and both times the end result was average at best and the overall experience was a big fat F-. If I am paying +$20 for an average haircut I can easily have done for half the price I expect full & complete service which includes the hot towel, massage, whatever that green stuff they rub on your hair/head is. The last time I was there he was in such a rush to get me out of the chair and move on to his next client he skipped the hot towel and everything else and yet I am still charged the full +$20! I now go back home to Hacienda Heights and get my haircuts at Frankie's Barber Shop instead of going to Classic Barbers which is literally a 5 minute walk from my house. read more

Great haircuts! They actually take time to make sure it's nice which, I was impressed with. By far one of the best haircuts my son has received. Anywho I rated it 3 stars just because the customer service wasn't that great, they accept walk ins but prefer appointments. I love this barber shop. Itzel always does a fantastic job of cutting my hair. She cuts my hair to my exact specifications, (which many barbers have a difficult time doing), and she is puts in the time necessary to get the job done right. The layout of the place is classy because it is clean and simple. All the employees dress dapper as all hell and are really kind folk. While i was driving on foothill i noticed the sign for this shop as i passed by Euclid I made that U-turn seeing as i needed a fresh haircut for a weekend trip to San Diego and let me tell you that was the best choice i made all week.. I never had a go to guy barber like i do now.. I walked in to a nice air conditioned smelling fresh business, was greeted by friendly staff, waited about 5 min before i was seated i explained the cut i wanted and received that and more.. also received a fresh hot towel shave.. Called and told them that my buddy ruined my beard and asked if they could fix it. I drove 20 min in traffic only to be turned away. It only takes a barber about 15-20 minutes to trim my beard. Big mistake, classic barbers. You just lost a customer. read more

I was roaming around the area waiting for a prescription to be done. Decided to check this place out. Awesome spot to get a relaxing and on point haircut. Vick has been cutting my son's hair almost his whole life (8 years). I have had a few others cut his hair but no one compares to the job he does. He is a great business owner, barber and person. Today got my hair cut from Itzel she has been cutting my hair for ten years she previously was at big w in ontario and she moved to classic barbers. I have to thank god finally the wait of two hours is over this set up is sweet. They take cash and credit but be careful if you do credit it's a buck I rather give it to my barber but any who beers going to the ATM when you forget to bring cash. The great thing is the work off an appointment so this beats waiting 1-2 hours for you preferred barber. I have gone too many other barbers like good timez and sport clips but as far as price, cutting hair and making it easy to not wait long classics barbers does the trick they are the triple threat.
