I had five things dry cleaned and the bill was almost $60. Ridiculous I should've looked at how many stars this place had before I went over there just trying to save time. She said that she charged me almost $20 to dry clean a cotton dress she said that it was $20 because of the brand name does anyone want to guess what the brand name of this dress was? We were double charged for items. costing us 25$ plus extra dollars. when speaking with staff NUMEROUS times they asked us to drive to spring tx to speak on this. We work, that is ridiculously far for us to straighten out the mistake their employee made. We spoke with three people on this. huge waste of time. One employee admitted "yeah that over charge was done by a" not so great employee let's just say. We have been with this branch for 10+ years but it seems the management has/is dropping the ball & it's unacceptable. Contacting the Better Business Bureau as well. read more

My experience with this dry cleaner was terrible. I took several of my husband's clothes. Expensive brand clothes and two sweaters I dropped off were damaged and stained, and one came back with small cuts on the neck. I returned to the dry cleaner with the sweater, and once they could remove the stain, but since it was a black sweater, they left it worn out, and now it looks like an old sweater. The other sweater was gone for a study of what might have happened. They kept it for almost a month; I had to call to find out the case status because they had not called me back, and it had been nearly a month. When I picked up the sweater, they gave me a report stating that they would NOT be responsible for the damage caused to the shirt. The only thing they offered me was a credit to use at the dry cleaners, and as you can understand, I do NOT want a credit at a place where they damage the clothes and are NOT responsible for the damage caused. DO NOT go to this dry cleaner if you want to keep your clothes in good condition. read more

I've been to about 5 different cleaners in the old Katy area, and I think this place is the best. For one, HEB Pin Oak in Katy has coupons on the back of their receipts. Take advantage of their $12 comforter special (down feathers extra, for all you ballers out there). Also, all my clothes come out impeccable. The creases are always right, never any faded colors. Nothing wrong. Always plenty of parking out front. No complaints here. read more

Classic Cleaners We have been looking for a good dry cleaners, without any luck. By the first review on this cleaner, we decided to take a few shirts to give them a try. My first impression when I arrived, the cleaners sign had a few birds nesting on it, not good. Going inside the cleaner has a funky smell. I'm not so sure what it is, but smells like a Goodwill store or second hand store, smells like old clothes. The girl was very friendly. I decided after all to leave the shirts. They have a price list at front that did not mach what I was charged, but is ok if they do a great job. My husband, picked up the shirts the next day. The smells of the cleaners was on the shirts we did have to leave them to air out the funky smells. I will say if you have to air out the clothes after bringing it from the cleaners, it's not good either. One of the shirts is still dirty, they do very poor work. I will never go back. I stopped by the other location on 1809 N Mason to see if they were any better, but has the same smells and this one was very dirty in the entrance. There was a men talking on the phone, I turned around and ran out of there. Later I found out there was another review that was filter from 8/11, very bad. I wish we read this one before, because I would not try. From now on, I always look at the filter on reviews. read more

I just dropped my cleaning off for the very first time. I hope that their cleaning capabilities are better than their business practices. The first time I attempted to drop off my stuff I asked if they had first time customer or coupon specials. The girl said yes that they had coupons on the back of the H-E-B receipts and that they did not keep extras there. No problem I waited till I went to H-E-B. So today I brought in my 30% discount coupon. This time the very same girl told me the coupon is off of their regular prices. I asked what are your regular prices? She responded with I think $5.95. I said could you look? So she did and it was actually $5.75. Well 30% off of that is still a little over four dollars. Their "every day specials" on shirt prices is $2.99. First of all it would've been nice had she told me that on my first trip. However, why on earth would they spend the money on advertising when your regular price is lower and you're going to talk the customer out of using the coupon anyway? #moneyoutthewindow. read more
