But if you need actual garment care--like stain removal or attention to detail--you're not likely to get much beyond the bare minimum. This is the second time this has happened. Zips feels like a volume-driven operation, not a service-oriented one. I expected more accountability and quality control.

The location is visible from the intersection of 116th & Cumberland but getting into the parking lot is a bit of a challenge if you're heading east on 116th. I managed to figure it out, so no biggie. I arrived shortly after the store opened. Inside of the store is a bit small, but they get you in & out quickly so no need for square footage I guess I also received a cute little goodie bag that included a few freebies as they're appreciation for my patronage. Austin helped me get an account started, explained all the perks of membership, and briefly went over the services that they offer. He was very friendly & helpful. I was quoted a pickup time of 2 business days but surprisingly, I received an email notification that my items were ready just a few hours after I dropped them off. I picked up in the drive thru because there was a line out the door at 1pm. Having that convenience was awesome!!! My items were folded nicely & bagged in a large see thru tote with handle. My items were impeccably cleaned with a hint of a fresh scent, no overwhelming fragrance. My experience was great & I will definitely return. Check em out
