Dropped my laundry off at Tide Cleaners in Fishers at 8:00 AM on Saturday. I was told it would be ready by Monday. Not only was it not ready by then -- it wasn't ready until Tuesday. That's absurd for a basic wash-and-fold service. Tried calling multiple times for an update -- no one answered, and no calls were returned. I even showed up at 7:00 AM Monday hoping for answers, only to be told it still wasn't done. No communication, no apology, and no discount offered for the delay. Completely unprofessional. I'm in town for business and needed reliability. A coworker took his laundry to Star Crest Cleaners and had it done same day -- within 8 hours. Avoid Tide Cleaners if you're in Fishers, especially if you're visiting for work. Unreliable and poorly managed. read more

In the last year I have been going here they managed to lose a pair of my wife's pants, one of my dress shirts, and a very nice pair of my Tommy Bahama shorts and no one seems to know what happened to them. I'd been receiving coupons in the mail for the new Tide Cleaners on 116th & decided to give them a try for their Leap Day Sale. You could have 2 items cleaned for free with coupon. I called before my visit because there was a little bit of fine print I needed to get clarification on. The two items I needed serviced were king sized comforters. Unfortunately, they were not included in the sale, but I was offered another deal where I could get them cleaned for half off! I definitely took advantage. The location is visible from the intersection of 116th & Cumberland but getting into the parking lot is a bit of a challenge if you're heading east on 116th. I managed to figure it out, so no biggie. I arrived shortly after the store opened. Inside of the store is a bit small, but they get you in & out quickly so no need for square footage I guess I also received a cute little goodie bag that included a few freebies as they're appreciation for my patronage. Austin helped me get an account started, explained all the perks of membership, and briefly went over the services that they offer. He was very friendly & helpful. I was quoted a pickup time of 2 business days but surprisingly, I received an email notification that my items were ready just a few hours after I dropped them off. I picked up in the drive thru because there was a line out the door at 1pm. Having that convenience was awesome!!! My items were folded nicely & bagged in a large see thru tote with handle. My items were impeccably cleaned with a hint of a fresh scent, no overwhelming fragrance. My experience was great & I will definitely return. Check em out read more

I have been very happy with the service I have received at Tide Cleaners. Most frequently, I take our comforter to be washed. Service is excellent and I especially like to drive up drop off and pick up. I would be interested in trying the Wash and Fold Service in the future. read more

Nightmare. If you don't pick up your clothes on time they'll donate them. They don't make this clear to you. The attendant told me she had worked there for several months and wasn't even aware of the policy....Looking back, they sent me a few text messages which I assumed were just friendly reminders I had stuff there so I didn't open them. And then... without a simple phone call, they donated over $1,000 worth of my professional wear. How could someone in good conscience donate a customers clothes without taking 60 seconds to make a phone call to make sure they were aware of the situation? Madness to me. read more
