I have really tried to like this cleaners. But, I have to given up!! I took in 4 blouses to be dry cleaned and a pair of jeans to be hemmed. The blouses were not cleaned at all! They were put on hangers and cover with plastic.. The Blouses stilled had perfume smell and not newly pressed. I wear the jeans once and the hem unraveled !! I was absolutely speechless when I picked up my jacket. It had been so badly stained, front and back, from another fabric, that I had intended to throw it out, although it is my favorite jacket. it's bright fuchsia and the stains were navy blue! When it was handed back to me, all the stains were gone! I couldn't believe it!! I brought a dress to get straight hemmed, and when I came to pick it up they left the a train on. The lady at the front said their seamstress has a tendency of not reading the tickets correctly and rushes. I asked for a discount since I am not able to get it redone in a timely manner, and the owner declined the discount. I will not be going back here, considering their seamstress does not look at the ticket with the specific instructions and the owner can't provide a discount for a mistake they made. read more

I have been coming to Nora's for alterations to my pants, shirts and jackets for over a year now since I am lazy and don't want to hem them myself. Armena is very nice and helpful. Just went to Nora's Cleaners and "Tailoring" to ask to get my dress "tailored" and the lady said "we don't do tailoring".... Huh? Why is tailoring in your company's name if you don't do it? Warning!! This cleaning and tailoring business may offer excellent tailoring services, BUT they are unjust on the cleaning side. Their slip-shop level of service has been growing over the last year or so. Ever since their new front person, who may even own the franchise, joined the shop. They have lost four of my white dress shirts and have not solution. Worse yet they tried to pawn off another customer's shirts on me. When I asked what they are prepared to do about their liability, they said "nothing". I've done my home work and regardless what they tell you, the business IS LIABLE! read more

Whenever I need my suit and really nice dress clothes cleaned I bring them to Nora's. They always do a really good job and my suits always feel so clean and soft when I get them back along with my other dress clothes when I get them dry cleaned. The turn around time is also pretty quick, if you drop them off early in the morning you'll be able to pick up your clothes at the end of the day if not it will be ready the next day. The staff hear is extremely nice and friendly, it is family run business and it shows in the service that they provided! I feel they always go above and beyond for me, and they probably do the same for their other customer. read more

Stay away! The worst tailoring ever, this is the 3rd time I have tried this cleaner for tailoring since it's so close by and is double the price. The first time to hem shorts, which they did a lousy job and the stitches all came out, the second time for a zipper hook (not replacing the zipper itself just the pully, which was good so we thought to try again) and now the third and last time to hem simple no lining blazer sleeves which still has the extra fabric and a hole! Now I have to take the blazer to a real tailor! That's it...we're done. Take your dry cleaning elsewhere as well, they charge alot. read more

These women are really, really good at tailoring clothes. I have had a dress lined to look... just... better (more expensive, structured, etc) and they also replaced the zipper on my favorite white pants. If you have clothes that only need to be laundered, then go here. If you have anything that costs of 50 bucks, is dark, and needs dry cleaning RUN RUN RUN. I took in 5 very expensive dark colored shirts that needed dry cleaning and they all came back destroyed. This is long overdue and is my first negative review which is why it has taken me so long to write it. I took my clothes there in 2014 for dry cleaning (after my dry cleaner of 14 years retired) and I kid you not every single item came back with the same spots they had on them when I took them in. The woman was so nice and I didnt want to take the time to deal with it so I never went back. I subsequently took the clothes to another cleaner and all spots were removed. read more

I needed to.find a new dry cleaners because the one I had gone to for almost 30 years is under new ownership and they keep losing clothes etc so I thought I would try Nora's....I had 7 items cleaned and was charged $45... $16 for a shorts jumper that I probably paid $25 for...and they don't even do a very good job...clothes didn't smell fresh and the clothes wasn't pressed that well.....I spend a lot on dry cleaning throughout the year but I don't think this dry cleaners is up.to speed for 2016...too expensive to not have your clothes turn out nice read more

They ruined my Tory Burch silk blouse after I took it there because it had a couple of stains. When I got it back the stains were white .... Charged me for it and never even offered to compensate for the loss. When I mentioned small claims court the owner said "go for it!" What kind of reaction is that for a local business?
