I backed my van into the dumpster with the side door open and it wouldn't close all the way. Took it to Cumming Collision and they estimated $3,700 for replacement repair. I asked if they can just fix the dent so it will close all the way since I didn't care about the scratch. They said they won't do that since that won't fix the problem... So I took my van to Classic Collision in Duluth. Anyelo met with me and I asked if he can just get the door closed without it beeping. He forced the door open, grabbed his hammer and banged the corner a few times and voila!! He didn't even charge me anything which I am so grateful for because I've been dreading spending money I don't have. It's nice to drive without the constant beeping of an unclosed door and the $3,700 price tag hanging over my head to get it fixed. Angela and Anyelo Cabrera and their manager are not honest nor professional. Anyelo will not commit to any proposal, and will want to change the proposal based on if you are paying out of pocket or if the claim is through insurance. Also, he will start adding things not required despite knowing that it is a 20 year old car and just the crash bar and the bumper needs to be replaced. I did not want anything else done and Anyelo went on how the manager instructed that the frame needs to be pulled and cannot give warranty till that is done. In addition, he wanted to keep the car while he ordered the parts rather than calling me when the parts arrived. Angela is all talk, zero action. Despite telling her to have Anyelo to return phone call, she will give excuses, "he is out to lunch", etc. Do not go to the Abbotts Bridge location. Instead go to Cummings location and Kevin and Glenda will treat you honestly and do what you ask them to do. No playing games, professional, and let me keep the car while the parts were ordered. Same company different location and great honest attitude. Angela and Anyelo should learn from Kevin and Glenda how to treat people honestly. The manager at the Abbots Bridge location needs to take a hard look in the mirror and take a lesson on Ethics. read more

Had to wait a month to get my car to the shop, then a month to get it "fixed", then its been 2 more months waiting for a part that THEY broke and tried to pretend they didn't. It was clearly visible, im not stupid. After many calls, they say they will call back but they don't. Funny thing is that they emailed me a few times wanting a good review. I brought my car to Classic Collision after a minor fender bender.The total experience was a pleasure from the moment I walked in. The receptionist, Deanne,greets you with a smile She was pleasant and courteous and got me in and out quickly. Dalton then met me outside t0 access the damage. He gave me a pickup date and assured me it would definitely be ready by then. I received daily text updates from the disassembly to finish. Today I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Deanne telling me my car was ready, FIVE DAYS EARLIER Unlike another company who shall remain nameless who kept my car for 7 weeks! Picking it up was a breeze,Don pulled it up and it looked beautiful. An emblem is on backorder and Don said he would call when it comes in. Do NOT go to this body shop. I had my Sienna repaired here, and it was a terrible experience. We had numerous issues after the repair and had to come countless times to fix those issues. We recently discovered that the model badges were also missing from the replaced rear liftgate. We were preoccupied with addressing other major problems and didn't notice this until now. We have pictures to prove the badges were missing when we picked up the car. Unfortunately, the current management is neither ethical nor empathetic. Avoid this body shop, there are many better options in the area. read more

Worst customer service around! So my car had caught Fire Last Monday in 97 degree weather. I was scared and luckily I am ok. My Insurance company has Classic Collisions as approved place to go, well I was told they will give me a call to schedule an appointment. They did not so around 2pm maybe 3pm I called to see if they could schedule. I got a woman by the name of Deanna and at first seemed nice but quickly was rude as hell telling me they couldn't get me in until August 9th which is today. I called back today once again getting this awful woman and she gave me short answers such as we can not take your car. When I asked why she said manager said since it caught fire we can not. Well then I asked well you guys could have given me a call letting me know and she made a excuse me type noise and said ugh no your insurance should have called you. I highly do not recommend anyone using this place if they are going to have such a rude employee answering the phones. I had to put 1 star just so I post this review but I would have not posted the star at all! read more
