These two other comments are just crazy. Unfortunately I can't respond to their comment. My car had a lot of work done and instead of a 4 week estimate, it was 3 weeks AND they did a fantastic job on my car. A reminder to you both yelp'ers. Car service isn't done in a day. You want your car fixed? Sit down and wait. It takes time. Many variables I learned from them; - There's different parts they have to order. Parts they have to order specifically for your car. - They have to be installed correctly. -They have to detail it as well. - They gotta wash you car and paint the same color your car is. It's not like they have a front left bumper on a 2014 Corolla LE and door panels for it laying around and they're taking their time to install. Tighten up y'all. Be patient. This isn't fast food service. Simple. If you're truly truly angry at anything, go there and give them a piece of your mind. Tell them how you feel. They're gonna tell you how it is. It's like y'all expect cars to be ready in a week or less and get grumpy when it's not. ANY and EVERY body shop, you're going to have to wait. They did my car after a hit and run. Fucked up my two doors and bumper. It came out perfect. And I'm not sure about the communication because they were in point with my car and even called me for update. Go there and give them "a piece of your mind" and tell yelp after. Fact of the matter is what I stated. Take your car ANYWHERE. You're not getting it next week. YOU HAVE TO WAIT. Take your car to the dealership and see how BAD you really get through to someone. Gotta wait. I learned there's parts that have to be ordered. That takes time depending on when part gets there to get there. Then installing. Idk, but it's a mission is all I know ok. They're not going to call you for every update. "Hi good morning, so we installed your right:left corner panel. Now we have to screw in the special bolts and mix the paint to match your car" This is a business and they'll call you when it's ready to be picked up. If you're like me, a normal individual who doesn't expect shit don't over night, Simply call them for questions. It's Simple. Idk why these two other posters are acting bouji. Like the shop is gonna call you everyday there's something new. Chill out. Sit down. Have a sandwich. Tighten up. Don't be a "KAREN". Shut up and wait. It's simple. They do a great job. I'm still waiting for my car and I've been getting the run around. I took my car here after picking them here from the list my State Farm insurance company provided and there were plenty of others closer and I wish I and picked another. My car was dropped off July 13th and communication has been poor. I'm the one who has had to constantly call for updates. First day they said they're waiting on parts, then they said they've put everything together and it's in paint now and they're waiting for the last two parts, now the last part that's coming from California with no ETA, the last part was available at another Honda that I was able to find for them otherwise who knows how much even longer they would have kept the car, they didn't even try to find the last part anywhere else, if I had taken it somewhere else the car would have even done by now. It's absolutely ridiculous. Sad part is I know it at least I thought the workers were working hard in the Florida heat that I even showed my appreciation by sending them UbetEats tres leches! I've been without a car and using Uber to get around and now they can't use the parts excuse, the last part didn't need to be painted. From Monday-Friday they needed to put the support bumper and calibrate the car and check the sensors and let's see if I get a call tomorrow or not. I'm not happy. my car was at the doral location on 5/19/22..i was told I would hear from someone the next day ..I was just told my johan that it's a wait for my bumper....that's it..memorial weekend went by..I started calling every day..kept leaving messages..asked for a manager..spoke to Raul..I'll see whats going on with your car..he never called me back..I had to get geico involved cuz that's one of there shops they refer there customers to..i spoke to a mgr at geico who told me to go pick up my car regardless if it's worked on or not.I was there at 4:50 on a Thursday..they were close..they make their own hours..my car was there 20 days..I had to call corporate on classic collision and corporate on geico..as soon as I apply pressure the part came in..and it's being painted..I'm a single older woman that lives in Miami..it's unacceptable that a company would treat me or anyone else in this manner..the last day when I picked my car up the real mgr willie came out of his office and said he dropped the ball and apologized for his company..I told him u didn't drop the ball ..u never saw the ball..unacceptable By the way..I received no call or email no text for 19 out of 20 days..I waited 2 hrs for my car in there office cuz they said it will be done that day..the mgr William said I will call you when it's ready..I'm good I'll wait Worst experience i ever been through ..I picked my car up on 6/15/22 .today is 7/12/22 That place left a real bad taste in my mouth read more

I am more than satisfied with the work done with this company very great staff awesome estimator who performed phenomenal work and communication. But before arriving " I called 15 mins prior for preparation for my car to be delivered upon arrival. " I was informed by management I would not be given my keys due to the system not having records of my insurance payment( which they PARTNER with). This was unusual because I was sent an invoice statement showing a payment had been made and was called the day before informing me my car was ready for pick up. However, it took an hour 1/2 for management to " confirm " which caused me to miss a business opportunity that was scheduled that day. Not to mention after waiting for confirmation that the payment was issued. Not to my knowledge very small display at check out the company recently started an interest on credit cards which is understandable but I was not informed that before using my payment method. I was told by management I would be issued a gift card for the inconvenience of payment system but was never called. I followed up the next day after being told it would need to be confirmed by higher management and was never followed up with. Overall A1 service and staff despite my time not being considered. read more
