He said he wasn't able to get after market parts, except that also is a lie because I have it at another shop and they are able to get every single piece it needs from Auto Parts outlet in Raleigh, for just under 1500. He told me it would be over 8K to fix it because "all the parts had to be ordered new". Unprofessional, overly aggressive, misogynistic scam artist.
