    Do not go to this location, or establishment in general. I went to this shop last week, on account…read morethat my tire kept deflating and I had previously bought tires/tire insurance from them. They refused to replace the tire without charging me, because it looked like I had been driving on it for an extended period of time and the side wall was potentially damaged.. it was at most a couple of days. Then the rest of my tires were almost completely bald and I asked them to replace those as well, on account that the warranty for them was guaranteed to last 55,000 miles.. mine didn't even make it to half that. They said the warranty wouldn't apply because I didn't rotate my tires as much as they wouldn't liked and that's how my tires wore down that much. Again, an excuse. The best "deal" they could do for me was $10 off of two tires, which is nothing when the tires are almost $100 a piece. If they had gone by their own policy, I should've had all tires down for free OR at least gotten the prorated rate which isn't $10 off two tires. I ended up having them put my donut o for me and going to another shop and getting a full set of tires. They will never have business from my family or I ever again.

    This was my second time coming to this Precision Tune as it was as recommended to me…read more Both visits were for an oil change and to have fluids topped off. It was a busy day so I was in there for about 2 hours. From what I was told in my first visit, they operate on a first come first served basis. The wait wasn't an issue for me because it was semi expected. Although it's an auto shop, dirt & grease spots are expected; It's in need of a gooooood deep clean in the waiting area. The Staff seem kind. I didn't think to check my wipers before I left the lot but the next day when I did, it was still empty. That made me think if they did not top off the fluids did they do the oil change. I lifted the hood and to my surprise the coolant hose was not inside the reservoir. The oil had been changed thankfully but they were moving too fast. This could have went so far left if I did not lift the hood up in time! I surely don't want or need any issues with a car I've had only for a year.

Within one week, I had to go to the shop four separate times due to poor communication and constant changes. On my first visit, I was told over the phone I would need to drive the car for a week after a dye test. When I arrived, I was told something completely different--that I needed to bring it back within a few days. After following their instructions and returning the car, they completed the evaluation and got the work approved. I then tried to schedule a time that worked with my job and confirmed a Wednesday drop-off. However, I was pressured multiple times to bring the car in on Saturday instead. At one point, I was even told I "wasn't supposed to drive off" with my car--only to then be told they couldn't actually do the work that day. Eventually, I agreed to Saturday just to move things forward. I dropped my car off at 9am on Saturday and was told it would take 3-4 hours and that my car was next in line. After sitting there for about 6 hours untouched, my mother received a call (not even me) saying the work could not be completed and I would need to come back again on Wednesday. When I returned Wednesday, the experience got even worse. The staff was noticeably disrespectful, and any sense of customer service that may have existed before was gone. I was again told the work would take 3-4 hours after dropping it off at 9am. By 4pm, I hadn't heard anything, so I called--only to be told they had been trying to reach me. When I asked them to confirm the phone number, it had been written down incorrectly. They also had my name recorded wrong and continued using my middle name. What's most frustrating is that they somehow managed to call my mother previously, yet claimed they didn't have another number on file. This entire process was disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful of my time. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and will not be returning.

His name was Travis. My routine oil change was due and when the customer service representative Latoya U. added up my bill she gave me all the discounts I have earned as a customer for returning to Jiffy Lube and saved me a lot of money especially here at Christmas time and at the end of the year when the cost of living has skyrocketed in North Carolina. When I cranked my car to leave the store and returned home I could tell the difference driving my car made as it is a 2002 Elantra but a very dependable car as long as I take good care of it and that is why I go to Jiffy Lube first. This says a lot about the job H. Brandon did while I waited in the lobby. I also work two or three blocks away and can easily leave my car there with no problem and walk to work and pick it up when they are finished. It was the kind of service I never mind waiting in line for. The mechanic also noticed that I needed a brake fluid oil flush which I could not afford but she offered me an extra discount for completing this survey before two months and returning to Jiffy Lube. I can't wait until I return. Thank you Jiffy Lube for all you have done for me in the past and I look forward to returning in the near future!

    What a frustrating experience. First of all, you can barely hear the manager when he speaks. I…read moreswear, he smokes something. Most of the staff was smoking, I did see a few packs of cigarettes around. I came in with a flat tire, trying to get it patched. I also had a damaged stud after it broke off the wheel while still inside the lug nut, thanks to roadside assistance. I even brought over an extra lug nut and stud from an auto parts store that was recommended to me. But the staff said they couldn't use those. So they had to use their supplier and it took over an hour to get the part. They actually had to go out to get the right parts, which was good of them to do. They also replaced my air cabin and filter I didn't come in asking for them to be fixed, but at least they made me aware of it and I appreciated that. What frustrated me is the tire was patachable and they didn't do it. They simply removed what was left of the stud and them put on the new parts with my spare still on the car. So they then told me to go down the street to Firestone to try to get the tire patched. That turned into another 2 hours over there, but that's for another review. But the worst part is they charged me $145 in labor. And they couldn't even finish the job correctly. I could understand a small charge for the air filter. But $145 just for labor is insulting and inappropriate. My total bill was around $230. To total it up, an hour and 45 minutes is what I spent in that office, and for most of that time there was only one other customer. It's not as if they were backed up with a lot of Sunday afternoon jobs to do. I have had good experiences with other Jiffy Lube locations in the past. I will never visit this one ever again.
