My first experience with them was when my sister had damaged her almost new car and the quote she got from the dealer was exorbitant. She was so super pleased with the work that Ivey, Brenda, and all the folks in the shop did for her that I recommended them to my neighbor. This place did a good job repairing the damage on my car; however, their website is very misleading. The "thorough detail inside and out" that the website promises is a poorly done vacuum and wash. The surfaces of my console didn't even get wiped down and they did not vaccuum my trunk or third row. When I brought this up with management, they apologized and said everyone's version of detailing is different, but did not offer to make it right in any other way other than to bring it up to their management. read more

The entire experience has just been frustrating and not smooth at all. My car was dropped off Wednesday 5/6 and said it would be ready by Friday 5/15. I just got the car back today 5/20 and it has more lights on the dash and a steering issue that wasn't a problem before dropping the car off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! read more

Mixed feelings about this place. Here is the quick review followed by details if interested: Pros: Every person there I encountered was great and personable and helped me (specially Ivy, Brenda and John). All of my issues (both the ones I came to address and the ones that arose while there) were addressed and fixed ok-ish. Cons: Shoddy work...my collision wrap left adhesive on the car door and they did not clean it off. When it was removed by Brenda, she found knicks in the paint from the glass that was smashed out that had been missed. Glass still inside my car, specifically in seat belt clicker thing. Body shop workers scratched my hood (circle with line like something was placed on it and dragged). Unacceptable. Because of above, my new 2024 Mazda needed a paint job on entire hood and side door. So I had to leave it another two days. Details: My 2024 Mazda was broken into, window smashed. Filed a claim with State Farm who recommended this place. Wish I had taken it to Mazda but thought it would be easier/faster this way. Called on a Friday and got an apt for the next Tuesday. Got the car back the following Thursday so 2 weeks from accident. Minimal communication. When I picked up, noticed new scratches on the hood that were made by the shop. And knicks where the glass had hit that they didn't catch. Brenda was great and said they would try to buff out and then offered to paint it when that didn't work. Manager John came out and offered to put me in a rental for 2 days (I had no rental insurance and had to cobble together rides). I hated that my brand new car would need to be repainted due to their scratches on hood. Ugh. Wish I had brought it to Mazda. Came back and it was painted but the interior of the car reeked of paint. Was worried the fumes were so bad. Brenda told me to wait a few days. My son tried to buckle himself in the back seat and couldn't because there was still glass in the seat belt clicker thing. Do yourself a favor and take your new car to the dealership instead of going through Classic Collision via State Farm. I think Classic Collision would be a good choose for an older vehicle. read more

I brought my truck in after I noticed that someone had hurt my front right bumper. CC staff were just awesome. Ivey at the front desk got me in fast and they arranged a low cost rental. Just had an outstanding experience at classic collision. I own a 2020 Hyundai Tucson that had major front end work done by folks at Classic a little over two years ago. I recently noticed a some peeling around the passenger side front fog light. I took the car in and the team there quickly assessed the situation. The general manager, John Wilson, lead receptionist Ivey, and Marcus, their inspector were very professional. They determined that the repair would be covered under warranty and had me drop the car off that Sunday evening. They immediately got to work on the car the next Monday and by Wednesday, everything was done. I think the true measure of an organization is how they stand behind their work, and the folks classic did just that. The work was outstanding, as were the communications, especially from Marcus, who kept me apprised of every step of the process.
