I've had 2 INCREDIBLE repairs here! Beyond professional. The staff is super nice. That's why Ive gone back.

1. Filed a claim with my insurance provider 2. Chose Classic Collision as my service provider via their suggestions 3. Called Classic Collision directly to make an appointment for 5pm today to only get an estimate of my damages. Was told I could stay and wait with my vehicle, as the estimate would only take 30min-1hour. 4. Drove to Classic Collision for my appointment today, arriving on time at 5pm. Was told I'd need to drop my vehicle off for an estimate, and that all estimators had left for the day already (even though I had booked an appointment...) 5. Was then mansplained to about how insurance companies pay out money to repair shops (sadly I already know how this process works) Find somewhere else to get your car repaired. And absolutely, do not come here if you're a woman who would like to be spoken to like an adult. read more

Ahhhh this review is so overdue. I've been dealing with this incompetent shop for over five months now. But I guess I officially got dismissed after not receiving a callback about repairs that they screwed up. I would avoid this place. First of all notifications or any type of updates on your car non-existent, they try to come off like they are nice but they really don't give a shit. I used this place a couple of years ago on another incident that I had and the work was amazing and so was a customer service. You can tell that all the people that used to work there left as the building looks empty as hell. Anyway, I wanted to repair my back bumper, which I thought was overpriced as hell but I mean insurance was covering it right? This man named johnny talked to me about offering to fix the front of my car completely unrelated to the damage in the back for cash. I was like why not? I needed the front of the car good again. I was a little weary but he assured me that all the repairs would get done for this cash that I will be giving him. Like I said updates were terrible by the time I got my car back I inspected it and it was so horribly done that I had to take it back, not only once but twice. the bumper was sticking out that is supposed to be flush against the panel, screws that are jiggling in my trunk, and a bunch of screws missing all over my car. I keep finding bullshit every day. They also scratched my tint on two windows and I made them repair it, my tint was perfect before I took it in there but all of a sudden it scratched up? More of my personal time GONE. I am looking at options as far as getting an attorney because I was out of work for a few days trying to figure out my car situation after I turned in the rental thinking that my repair was done correctly, but I had to bring it back to have so much shit fixed that I didn't have a car for several more days and was bumming rides and missing work . What really did it for me is when I took it back for the THIRD time to fix the repairs on the front that were done horribly they said there is no record of it because I did an under the table deal with Johnny, but you did the work in your repair shop? So it shouldn't matter if I paid out of pocket or not you still got my money. It's not my fault he didn't put the record in your system but he was paid and your technicians did the work. They told me to call Johnny because I still have his number and they even disclosed his work location. That's very sketchy and actually super unsafe. Apparently this person got fired for doing sketchy deals but that's none of my business. You just need to make sure that the customer is happy. It's fine though I have texts and everything from this person to prove what I need to. These people are shady. read more

Someone dinged the rear passenger door on my X4 pretty good - enough to make a dent plus scrape the paint off down to the metal. I got three estimates and Meyerland Collision was both the most reasonable cost and the lesser repair time. Adam was my estimator - it's his family business - and was honest that while he thought they could perfectly match the BMW metallic paint on that door, that he might have to paint both doors just in case. They didn't need to do that, but I was happy that he was upfront about the possibility of it so that there weren't any surprises. After they smoothed out the door dent and painted, they surprised me by having it ready a day early. And it was cleaned, inside and out! I went to Meyerland Collision because when someone hit my daughter's car on the driver's side, our insurance company listed them as a service provider and the online reviews were stellar. They did a beautiful job on her Audi A4 last year, and I knew I wanted to use them again if the need arose. I'm all for supporting locally owned businesses! Had my car repaired here recently when I got rear-ended. The person who hit my car had State Farm insurance and I used their Select Service program (where the payment goes directly from insurance to the repair shop). There was a list of recommended service shops on the online portal and after reading through the Google and Yelp reviews for my area, Meyerland Collision came out on top. I'm happy to say that my real-life experience matched the glowing online reviews. I haven't ever been in a car accident before so I didn't know what to expect, but from start to finish there was clear communication, friendly customer service, and an overall wonderful experience. Sabrina helped me with my paperwork and Tommy was my point person who kept me up to date on my repairs; they were both awesome. For a rear-ended car where the taillight and bumper were wrecked, the turn around time was just 4 business days. The repair itself was beautiful and used original parts from the car maker. State Farm also partnered with a local Hertz dealership so I was able to leave my rental car at Meyerland Collision and drive home in my repaired vehicle. These guys are great! I hit a pothole in my 2017 Lincoln MKZ and went up a curb. It caused quite a bit of damage. Mike, Adam, Jamal, and everyone did such a great job taking care of me and handling the insurance claim. What I really appreciated most was Mike and how he kept me informed almost on a daily basis. He emailed me with regular updates and made sure to answer every question I had. It also didn't take long for the repair to be complete (a couple of weeks or so). They want to do the job right and not rush it. After the repair was complete, I heard a bit of a knocking sound coming from the front driver's side. It sounded like it was near the front driver's side tire area. I called Mike and he told me to bring it in when I could and he would definitely take care of the issue. He test drove the car with me so he could hear the sound. Then, he explained to me that it could be a number of things. So, I dropped my car off and Adam, the manager, paid for an Uber so I could get back home. The technicians worked on it first thing in the morning and the issue was solved the next day. They really want you to be a happy customer and they do everything possible to make that happen. I highly recommend them without reservation. They're awesome!! read more

I have to say I am extremely disappointed with Meyerland Collision. Or I won't spend my time and energy to write such a review - especially such a negative one. The business has been not honest, not reliable, and not trustworthy viewing from my side. So here's the backstory - I parked my car next to the apartment and experienced a hit and run situation while I was asleep midnight. The next day police knocked my door and told me about my car getting ruined, there was a towing truck next to my car, and the guy told me to go with him and call my insurance (It's the first time I ever got involved in a car accident so I don't really know what suppose to be the correct steps), the person who hit my car has no insurance so I have to go with mine. I talked to the police till he finished collecting information about the case, the left with the towing guy and he directly took me to Meyerland, I felt a bit insecure but I googled it and saw so many great reviews (not sure where the 4.7 score come from), then I thought - it could be a good place to fix/review my car, and the towing guy seem to know the police very well. The people at Meyerland seems very friendly, they felt sorry for my experiences, I contacted Geico and Meyerland told me my car will be ready in two weeks. Geico gave me a rental and i went home, everything seems fluent, I just need to pay my 2.5k deductible (I realized that it is really high) when I eventually go pick up my car. Things start to go wrong from here - first, the supplement - their first estimate was 3.3k, then after a long time they delayed the "car being fixed and ready to go" date and gave out an extra supplement 1, then 2, then 3, and the total was 8k (while I just spent 13k to purchase the vehicle two months ago) eventually I ran out of rental time that's covered by Geico (yes, they spent a month working on my car), and after a month and few more days, they finally told me my car is ready to get picked up. I was calm still, I thought that they spent such a long time to fix my car, it must be a very hard situation and they probably did it pretty well. I ubered there, the mechanic Art Shaban (the person who worked on my car for a month) handed me the key, showed me pictures of what has been worked on, and told me they spent 3 days working on the alignment. The "stability control off" light is on, Art said if I drive 30-50 miles it will automatically turn off and the car will be fully aligned (how stupid was it for me to trust that statement). So, I paid for my deductions, then drove my car away. On the highway, I start to hear some weird noises, I feel that my car is shimmering with I try to speed up or use the break, it just feels really wrong, and it's moving in a not so balanced way. I asked Art and he told me to take the car back. I drove to my mechanic friend's shop and ask him for help to take a look a check my car - at this point I start to question if my car is still driveable. After the weekend, my friend gave me pretty sad news - I got screwed. In the supplement/fixing summary, it states that Meyerland changed my left and right door shell, while my car got hit on the left, the right has no change at all, they charged $100 each to replace three wheel covers, in reality they only changed one and that was used (a new one costs $90, used on costs $25), and only one need to be changes, the other wheels are fine. Things like that... my friend pointed me a long list of problems that I start to feel hopeless going through it. A bunch of screws in the front part of the car are loose, and so on and on and on. Even for the parts they did fix, they did a very careless job, it looked awful even for me (I know nothing about cars). I contacted my adjuster in Geico, I don't trust Meyerland anymore and don't want to drop my car back there. My car was not safe to drive on the highway, they shouldn't hand me my car in that condition, it was not properly aligned, it was making weird noise and shaking while I drove it, and I just bought it this April (with no issue). Then my adjuster told me Meyerland submitted another supplement trying to get Geico to pay more. I told him that I am going to leave my car at my friend's shop. Then Meyerland threatened that Geico owe them payment & my car will face to a repossession (the last supplement they submitted after I figured that my car was not fixed and not safe to drive, after I paid my deductions, after they hand me my kep and told me the whole transaction is done). I paid for rental since Geico won't cover more now, and waited for my car to get fixed, it's mentally suffering to think about why Meyerland Collision did this to me. I understand and mentally accept the fact that they need to earn money, but they should at least be responsible for their job and make sure it's safe for me to drive my car when they hand me the vehicle. When I got into an accident, Meyerland Collision was literally there for me. Like, there was the tow truck driver, right there, offering to tow me to the shop and give me a ride back home. Once there, any misgivings I might have had that this was some underhanded, ambulance-chasing enterprise were quickly put to rest by the very impressive, professional, clean interior, and the owner, Adam, who personally assured me, in no uncertain terms, that my car would be repaired using all new parts with top quality service, and that I would not pay a dime over my insurance deductible. Adam stayed true to his word, and when I got my car back, I was completely satisfied with the expert job that had been done. The only part of this process that was in any way unsatisfactory was the length of time the repairs took, owing, as it turned out, to a reluctance on the part of my insurance to approve all the work that needed to be done. Adam explained to me that this was the problem and gave me frequent updates on what was going on and what was causing a delay at each step, which allowed me to negotiate with my insurance and expedite the repair time. For my time and trouble, he offered to take care of my basic maintenance, on the house, for the next two years. In summary, Adam and his team at Meyerland Collision provide exemplary service, knowledgeable staff, a straight deal, and sound, reliable, and guaranteed work. I heartily recommend his business to anyone in need of auto repair. UPDATE: Two years later, I brought my car back after it had been side-swiped. Once again, Adam and his team delivered top-notch service. In appreciation for me coming back, they even repaired an unrelated chip in my front windshield on the house. My car sustained some pretty stupid cosmetic damage as a result of a small falling tree branch. Having had bad experiences with other body shops before, I hesitated to get this repair done. The paintless dent removal place wasn't able to do the job, so I came here for a quote. The quote was fast, straightforward, and the price was competitive, so I dropped off the car the next day. They started on the work pretty quickly (no parts to order), and finished the work on time. The two primary people I dealt with were Mike and Adam, they were very attentive throughout this process and explained what would occur next. Unfortunately State Farm totaled my car, I did meet two very knowledgeable people that have definitely earned my business for future needs. Thank you, Mike, Adam for making this experience pleasant UPDATE; Got my new used Mercedes, I put 4 new tires on it and needed an alignment. I was treated so well by Adam & Mike I called to see if they do alignments. They do and I did. It's always a pleasure doing business with this company. We took it there, they took longer than they said it would be - fine. Someone there stole my GPS and they refused to return my calls, my email or my letter asking them to replace it. Took my new 2020 jeep in for new doors after accident and when I went to pick up I had all new scratch's on my truck. That wasn't there when I dropped it off. I know my truck I walk around it everyday, i wash it everyday Wednesday and they telling me the scratches n marks were there already. Which is a lie. I'm sooo dissatisfied with this business. Unfortunately my car was backed into last week. Ugh. I was so upset but I had happy the person was insured. I contacted their insurance company and was told I could take my car anywhere I would like. However they had preferred places they work with. The preferred places will wash your car inside and out and guarantee and a completion date. Ok, that sounds all good. I asked they insurance company what preferred place did you have near my job. They recommend MEYERLAND collision. The insurance company sent my claim to them. I called Meyerland collision and spoke to Adam. I explained to him my situation. Adam told me to bring in my car when ever I had time. I called Adam Friday when I realized that I would be able to make my appointment to drop the car off. Adam told me to bring the car in Saturday morning. Saturday morning I drop the car off. I have to fill one paper but they already had my information so it sped up the process. Fast forward.... I received a phone around 315 saying hey your car is ready. What my car is. Yes sir your car is ready. Wow that was fast. I was at work so my girlfriend goes to get the car. The car has been detailed. Not just a car wash. But detailed!!! What the hell. Normally when you get your car back. It's all dusty and looks like it's been violated. And on top of that they tell me I can leave the rental there. Really good customer service. Shitty customer service, they don't return calls, avoid communication and most importantly before having my car towed away to another body shop, they completely tore up the inside of my car, took parts and put nothing back in place. Ok 1st and foremost, I would say they did a great job on my car! Secondly, the guy named/called Chac, was absolutely amazing!! He is the main reason I'm giving such a high rating/review outside of the body work. He went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 was simply because the process to fix my car took way too long (over a month). The communication ball was getting dropped left and right by a couple of the other employees there but Chac would put on his Cape and try his damn hardest to right the others wrong and that was all I could really ask for. They are definitely a 5 star place if they work out some of the kinks with a couple of their employees. But Chac, his direct over head, and Sabrina was a delight to work with! read more

This review is strictly for the service being that I haven't picked up my car yet. My car was scheduled to be done days ago, but things came up and I've been very understanding and patient about it. My issue is with the customer service I received. Mai and Adam were great; very helpful, accommodating, explained things well, kept in touch, and apologized for any delays. Prior to speaking with Adam, Ralph was supposed to give me an estimate on when my vehicle would be ready. He said he didn't know anything about it and asked for my make/model/insurance and said he's call back in 15 minutes. The initial phone call was at 9 am. 2 hours later and no call, I called back and was told he's busy and would get back to me before 4, to which I responded with thats fine, just don't tell me that you're going to call back in 15 if that isn't feasible. 4 o'clock came and no phone call. I had to call back yet again and all I wanted to know was the status of my car and an estimate of when it'd be done. I spoke with Adam after voicing my frustrations and he handled it very well, letting me know my vehicle would be done the next day. The next day came and I get a phone call from Adam telling it needs another day and he'd call the following day to let me know when to pick it up. It is now that day and I didn't receive a phone call. When speaking to the receptionist, she gave me an attitude, eluding that I'm crazy for calling and asking and said that "maybe no one called because it's not done yet." Oh? I'm sorry, I was told twice that it would be done and that I would get a phone call. After explaining this to her and being put on hold I was told that "Ralph is busy, he will call you back in 15 minutes." Needless to say communication is not their strong point, and I have no faith in Ralph actually calling me back. So I'm just going to take this 15 minutes and write a review, because I feel that I've been more than patient with this issue. Hopefully when I call back I won't be greeted with a "why are you calling us" tone and attitude from the receptionist. read more

it had a 0 I would put a 0. It took 5 months for my car to get out the shop just for me to bring it back the next day. Nobody not once communicated with me throughout the whole process unless I called numerous times & it was a whole lot of it's going to be ready tomorrow , next week , next month .the shop never reached out to me pertaining to my car I always had to call them Al,Chris were the rudest gaslighting me "well your car only been in the shop 3 months but that's bedsides the point " so I had to get my insurance involved to get a little leverage on my car. They started moving the process on with my car. And now I'm still missing bits and pieces to my car like the cover to the bottom of my car is missing screws so they zip tied it , service lights pop on; took them a total of 4 months to fix my car just for me to bring it back due to them showing a lack of attention to my tires it was a knot on the inside of my tire which I could have had another wreck cause of but "that's besides the point" huh Chris ? My car still isn't what I wanted it to be it looks good but you can tell they rushed my car plastic holding the bottom of my car together . only thing I'll recommend getting here is a paint job . read more

After living in the area for a while, I decided to try Meyerland Auto & Collision out - seeing that it seemed to have a recent face lift in 2011/12. It was under new management with Adam and was the best experience with a mechanic I've ever faced. And, let's face it, no one likes going to a mechanic. But it's nice to go somewhere where they know your name, car, and status when you walk in (obviously for pick up). I've gone to Adam several times in the last 2 years for various car issues on various cars. He's been the only mechanic I've been to in Houston who has given me and upfront, honest answer. He is dedicated to making sure the job is done quickly, professionally and correctly. He's even offered concierge pick-up and drop-off which is really helpful with kids. He knows me when I walk in and knows my car(s) issues even months after going to him. He has solved a problem with our 05 Mustang that evaded other mechanics for years. He has fixed our A/C in our Honda Civic with a 2-year warranty (longer than a dealership)! If he makes an error, he's quick to find a solution without burdening your wallet. That, above all, I appreciate. No one's perfect and having worked on cars myself, it's quite difficult to navigate; but having an honest character makes me a loyal customer. I'm pleased with his work. He's honest, quick, and good. I've already recommended him to my family and friends. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. read more

I went to Meyerland Collision since they were listed with my insurance company - Elephant. The process was efficient and stress free. The waiting lounge is very nice and they even have complimentary snacks available. Enterprise rental picked me up from the shop, and I was able to leave the rental at the shop once my car was repaired. They did an excellent job on my car.
