Listen, I hate giving negative reviews. I just want people to like me and I always give people a chance (here it comes) but I'm just peeved. The 2 stars is for the friendly guy who works there and yes they did a great job on my scuffed up/crinkled minivan. They did! We knew they'd have the car for a week. We rented a Budget car from the airport. But after said week when they ordered the wrong part...they needed another week. Fine whatever, but Budget charges a date:change fee. Roering even said at pick up "Oh I should've covered that for you" blink blink But nothing. As I went into nicely washed and vacuumed car (very nice!) Wouldn't start. Battery dead. He ran out with his charger and all was ok. It was a new battery also, so what the? And I got grumbly when the woman working kept saying, "It's been really cold." Point-If you make the mistake on ordering a part and it delays the pick up a week then you should really make sure the car gets the Minnesota winter warm treatment. The estimate was done immediately when I arrived. The staff as always are gracious and friendly. As a woman, I have never been treated like I don't understand cars and I greatly appreciate that. I had a terrible experience with Roering. They "detailed" my car and the exterior looks horrible. Even the windows look like shit. They literally did not even try to do a good job. They called me and said their detail guy needed to unexpectedly leave and he wasn't done with the car. They wanted to keep it overnight. It was hugely inconvenient for me since I was returning to the office the next day after 5 months. I figured it out and let them keep the car. Then they called me and said they didn't like how he did the detail and that is the reason they wanted to keep the car. They said he was going to have to fix it the next day. When I got there and saw my car I felt sick. It looked so bad. Marty was a condescending a-hole and I just wanted to take my car and get the hell out of there. I paid for the interior piece and left. She came under the bid, a rental car was waiting for me to pick up for the two days, and my car was beautifully detailed inside and out which would have cost over $200 at a detailer.
