Upon arriving at Master Collision I was guided to a parking spot and greeted at the door to the office. The receptionist asked me to fill out some basic info on the damage to the vehicle and offered me a beverage while I waited for a tech to become available. I only had to wait 5-10 minutes before a tech was ready to look at the vehicle and review the damage....he walked me back to the car where he did a thorough inspection and walked around the vehicle pointing out any specific areas of damage as well as any with possible unforeseen damage hidden behind lights/ bumpers et. The entire inspection took 10-15 minutes. When we were finished, he typed up an estimate calling out everything that was discussed and provided a detailed list of the work that needed to be done along with associated Labor/ Material costs. He emailed a secondary copy to me so that I could pass along to the insurance company. A week later, I received a follow-up letter in the mail asking if I had any questions or if they could help in any way. Overall, it was a fantastic experience start to finish. Real review. I read some of the previous reviews.. my guess is they are competition trying to unfairly lower their score. I received this place as a recommendation by the insurance company paying for my cars repairs. They were prompt at getting my car in for an estimate. They were prompt at getting my car in to be fixed. They estimated less than 2 weeks to get my car repaired (I opted for OEM only) car was done in 9 days. They have a rental car place next door that was readily available to get a loaner car while mine was being fixed. I got daily texts with my vehicle status. Front desk always friendly (offered coffee or water while I filled out paperwork). Service Supv/estimated prompt friendly and thorough on work needed. I was unable to get my car by 5pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend, they stored my vehicle inside for me. When picking up vehicle service was quick, they also gave me a warranty card on their work done that lasts until I sell the vehicle. The service mgr went over my vehicle and what was done, also very thorough. Definitely would bring another vehicle of mine here should anything unfortunate happen. I brought my 2018 Acura RDX in for an estimate. I had an "incident" with my garage door and needed to find out what it would cost to paint the tail gate. Blake was assigned to give me an estimate. He looked at the scratches on the tail gate and said, "i don't think you need a paint job." He then took less than 5 minutes and used some cleansers and solvents and proceeded to buff the area. Voila, the scratches were gone and Blake smiled and said, "you'd be surprised at how many people have run ins with their garage doors." I asked how much I owed. "Nothing." He wouldn't even accept a tip. He said, "if you want to do something, write a review, encourage others to who need auto body work to give us a try and remember us if you have auto body problems in the future." Well Blake, I have (written a review), I am (encouraging others to give Roger's Master Collision a try) and I will (bring my vehicles to Roger's if I have a future vehicle problem). Thanks, Blake. The door from passenger side was scratched while backing out of garage. My daughter reported hearing "scraping sound", so I was prepared for a shocking estimate. It was Friday afternoon 5:30, the place was very quiet- everyone was ready to relax after a week's work. Patrick was called to inspect my RAV4. After careful inspection he offered to try and clean. I tried at home so didn't think it would make much difference. But, what do I know- he was able to clean off the streak with a towel and some chemical on it! He explained to me that was probably sap from the bush that scraped the doors! Then he offered to just clean the streak across the doors and didn't charge anything! It might have been easy for him, but I see from this that they are honest and kind. So if I ever have to have repair done, I will definately come here! read more

I have had 2 repair incidents over 3 years and both times Rogers performed with great work and customer service. During my most recent repair, the car accident was the result of a family member and we decided to pay the repair with cash. Rogers did great work and got the repairs done in the time frame they originally stated. After the repair, my family member decided to submit an insurance claim instead of cash. This meant that Rogers had to re-submit a new estimate, after the fact, in this particular insurance company's estimate submittal process. And they could not simply submit the original estimate because the insurance company had different charge policies. A lot of extra paperwork for Rogers that they did without complaint. I can't begin to tell you how great my experience was at Roger's Master Collision. I'm a recent college graduate and had just rolled off my parent's insurance onto my own when I got caught in a hail storm. Shawn and the rest of the team made sure that they explained everything in detail so I always knew what was happening. I always felt that they were working for me rather than against me and as a 22 year old who is having to deal with this for the first time, this was such a relief. I had some damage from a hit and run as well as damage from a recent accident on my car. I shopped around for the best pricing at 3 body shop locations in the Plymouth area and Roger's Master Collision not only had the best price but they had the nicest facility, most friendly staff and did a great job working on my car as well. I have already recommended this shop to some friends and will continue to do so. After someone hit my front driver side corner I had repairs done here. Initially they did a great job and everything looked great, but after driving it for a while it started overheating. They towed it back in and discovered the problem and fixed it. Then months later it had another issue with a faulty windshield washer fluid reserve tank leaking from a potentially unrelated issue... I received a very fast estimate and had the option to leave my car and get a rental so that the repairs could be done faster. The job was super with no signs that there was ever any damage.
