Yet, just because people state something - I still had to do my own research, and I got multiple estimates from different shops. Based on what I was told - I honestly liked what and how things were being replaced. Through out the repair process - they kept me updated via multiple e-mails every other day or so. They were actually sent the wrong body part early in the repair process and even sent me a picture of it, just so I knew they weren't making it up. After my vehicle was repaired and I needed further documentation - they still kept me updated even though they had already been paid by the insurance company - and had nothing to gain. I also actually spoke to the insurance company in the beginning - and they informed me 'Tanner was a good guy.' Now you can dismiss that - but the fact the insurance company is on personable terms with the body shop - that's a win/win for me. It may sound weird, but I'm actually glad I was in an accident as Tanner's made my vehicle look better than before they got it.

So I contacted them and they got back to me asap. I had everything set up within the hour. I took the car by over the 4th of July weekend and by the next week it was done. They only use factory OEM parts. The real deal. The car looks better than new. Super fantastic job. Chris helped me and answered all my questions and gave me assistance when needed. I had a tiny issue with the back wiper spray being clogged, which may or may not have been a result of the repair, they had it fixed within 10 mins. I did have to go back down, but it was addressed instantly. I really really wish these guys did more things than auto body, they could make a lot of money handling other issues so well and fast. But they are very busy because they are very good. Brad is very honest which I find very important when it involves car repairs and a tight budget.
