The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

Henrry placed stickers to mark those spots. When I picked them up, two coats had small tears in the lining near the armpits, and the off-white coat had visible stains that were not there before (see photos showing the tears and stains after pickup). When I raised the issue, Henrry denied placing the stickers and causing the stains but he did not deny causing the tears in the lining. My husband, who was with me at drop-off and pickup, confirmed Henry added stickers. When I suggested checking security footage, Henry became aggressive, accused me of lying, made an inappropriate comment about my husband, seemingly trying to pit us against each other, and then he kicked us out the store. Another dry cleaner confirmed that sweat or deodorant residue can oxidize if not properly treated, which could explain how the stains appeared. I've used dry cleaners for over 20 years and have never experienced damaged garments or hostile treatment like this. I would not recommend this dry cleaner.

I told him as the unit was a decade old, if it would be a major repair, I'd just replace the unit. He installed a part behind the ice maker. I wanted to use my credit card to pay the $300.00 (in the event there was an issue and to begin a dispute), but Mr. Owais stated his cellphone's credit card reader was not working. He asked that I write the check out to him. I did this, but noted the name of the business on the check too. The refrigerator continued to make the noise, and I started calling Master Service Expert's number, emailing and texting. For some time they did not respond. Finally, "Remi" called and said his brother's wife had emergency surgery. He said he would come and look at the unit. Last Tuesday, he telephoned saying the top of my street was closed due to construction, and he would return later. He never returned. I later learned that an NAPD cruiser was there ensuring traffic flow. I plan to file a small claims complaint (they are in Hasbrook Heights so it will only be a drive to Hackensack). Also, they are licensed in NJ and I will reach out to the licensing authority and provide screen shots of the MANY texts exchanged. I ultimately decided to replace the machine for a few hundred more than the repair. Rami's quote was competitive and he came back with the new machine a few days later.
