They told me I needed rotors and brake pads and that it would be done the following Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning at the latest. Again, I never received a call. Stupidly, I waited until that Thurs. morning to call them. They told me that all the parts had been in, so I guess they just decided to not work on my car. Additionally, I was told that it would definitely be done by the next day. So, I called this morning, which is Friday May 22, more than two weeks after I had initially dropped my car off and was told that they may or may not get to my car today. I told them that it had been over two weeks and explained to them that on multiple occasions I had been told that my car would be done and I never received as much as a phone call. They just denied any wrong doing and told me that these things had not happened. I still have not gotten my car back. I f it's not done by the end of today I am just going to get my car and take it somewhere else.
