She is the best person i have ever experienced. she is very knowledgeable and helpful in all I have needed. I highly recommend her. She helps me have my car picked up from my home and when they return it is so helpful. I can't ever get my car there without this great service. she sends me a live video showing the mechanic with my car telling me all he did. Customer Service at Classic Ford is beyond piss poor. They sell you a car then forget you are alive. Took the car in for an appointment. We drop it off Tuesday after hours so it would be there on time for a Wednesday appointment. Did not get a call all day. When we followed up Thursday we got an excuse that they did not get to us yet. Friday after we called still not ready. My wife drove their and the slack service rep said they would drop it off on Saturday. Saturday the Service Director said they were not bring it out on Saturday because they were not staffed for that. Monday still no delivery..... Same director calls asked me what he can do for me after i left a detailed message with the phone attendant that also blew me off. The entire customer service team at Classic Ford seems to not understand their job..... The Customer works for and pays them to provide crappy service every time no matter how many time you call. Do not deal with them if at all possible.... They SUCK!!!! read more

I was given a loaner truck. Tho, I only had the loaner truck for 45 minutes, my truck was finished when I got back. I settled up and drove away. I recently drove my 05' F150 from California to Painesville for college. I needed to get some maintenance on it and kept putting it off because I'm a broke college student and have a busy schedule as an athlete. My 2012 Lincoln MKZ was not cooling at all. Took to Classic Lincoln service to see what the issue is. Left the car and was called with the diagnosis. Lines; condenser; and possibly the compressor all needed to be replaced at a cost of $1600+!! This seemed very stiff, since there had never been an A/C problem before. Told them, sorry that was way out of my cost range right now (COVID19 layoff status) and would have to wait. Got the paperwork when I picked up the car. Called S & S Auto Center down Tyler Rd from this location. Left my car and Classic paperwork with them. The next day, they called and told me what they did. One, the drained the A/C system. Checked all lines and connections; refilled the system and told me to pick up the car. They asked me to drive it until the A/C didn't work and then to bring it back in so they could see what really was going on. Well that was three weeks ago and NOT A SINGLE ISSUE with the A/C! Car cools almost instantly and stays cool. Cost: Less than $200!! Got to wonder what the hell Classic is trying to pull. VERY disappointed. read more

Took my Lincoln MKZ in for second oil change and service, Did not reset the oil monitor, bent passengers folding side view mirror into front of car in the car wash. did not notice it until I was on my way home, had to turn around and return to service department where they re calibrated it. Worst used car experience ever. 11,000 miles and dry rotted tires. Bad brakes and rotors. I've sold cars and bought at least 20 and i've never seen a used car go so fast. Service must have dropped the ball really bad because I'd never suggest anyone ever buy anything from there. Just guessing everything hit minimum requirements but that's not how you make a lasting customer. This is also under a year of driving the vehicle and now it's over a $1000 dollars of repairs. Two bad experiences here.. 2017 Escape had the spark plug weld itself in place due to a crack in the engine block that allowed coolant into the head. Ford has a tech bulletin on this exact issue. Ford would not cover anything since it was 8k over the power train warranty. They first quoted me $8k to fix but reduced the price to $5k. This was all rediculous for a 2 year old car with 68k mi on it. They had my car for 12 weeks before it was complete. The rep wouldn't answer any communications until he needed the loaner car exchanged. Now my wife's fusion has several recalls and one actually affected it, so it needed to be towed there. No charge to repair and cover the warranty work, but they charged me $100 for it being towed there. Yup, that's it, a Benjamin for the fact a tow truck brought it to them. The wife's car has already been traded in on a new Camry. No more Classic, no more Ford's. read more

This is an update to an old review. I had been buying from Classic Ford for many, many years. Leasing and buying. 5 or 6 cars maybe. Always had a great experience. Both in buying and service department. Well. I have a lease now. I took my car in to them in September. I just got it back. 5 months later. 5 months being inconvenienced with a loaner I had to replace every other week. When I finally got my car back, it was filthy. I thought maybe after having it for 5 months they would have at least cleaned the thing. Nope. Filthy. Inside and out. Oil at 20% life. Tire gauge is on saying that ALL 4 TIRES ARE LOW. I drove off with it like this. Never have I ever been more disgusted. I will NOT be renewing my lease with Classic Ford. I can't wait to get rid of this thing. Shame on whatever happened to you guys over the past year. Worst service I've ever experienced. Let me add. They never called me once to give me an update. Not once. I had to call them. They DID finally call me in JANUARY to tell me my parts should be in next month (February). 4 months later. Let me also mention, the loaners were all half full to almost empty on gas when I got them. Including my car when I got that back too. This was absolute garbage service. Garbage. 20 years of car buying comes to an end with Classic Ford. What a shame. read more

I ordered a car direct from the factory. While I had a nagging feeling that there should have been a little more room to negotiate for a better price, in the end I felt I got a price that was competitive. No shady dealings, everything was explained and transparent. Or representative, Jon Black, was the only sales rep among several dealerships that replied to my email inquiry with a hard number on the price, including the tax, title and other fees, which I really appreciated. The car ended up taking twice as long to build as originally estimated, given that I ordered between model years; this was not Classic's fault, but I would have liked more communication during that process. Despite these few hiccups, when it finally came time to pick up the car and finalize the paperwork, I had a very positive experience. The staff were all very courteous and quite friendly, the operation was quite streamlined and painless. And they even were nice enough to install my snow tire for me for my troubles. If I am in the market for a another car in the future and Classic's prices remain competitive, I would definitely use them again. read more

Scheduled a Sat. appointment for my MKX to have "The Works", new brake pads and ABS light checked since it kept coming on. Was told just to look at (not fix) the ABS would cost $129! Left the car Fri. night and spoke with one of the service advisers about the issues and was told they would be taken care of. Never heard from them all day Sat. until I called and asked about the car. Was told the service department was closed and learned they never looked at the car (even though the paperwork and my keys were on the service dept. counter) Told them not to touch the car and I went to pick it up. I will never take any vehicle to this place again. And I would encourage anyone else to do the same. Awful, awful service. read more

I have had repeated negative experiences with this dealership. My car had issues with the transmission and shuddering, an issue common to this car, due to faulty parts to which Ford has provided an extended warranty. The first time a related part required replacement I was told it would be weeks, but it took months. The only updates I received were when I called. The second time the transmission (TCM) failed and the car was inoperable. The replacement part was on back order. I was told it would be weeks, so I requested a complimentary rental car as this was due to the faulty transmission. My request was denied, and no solution was offered. I left a negative review online, and suddenly I was offered a rental car, and the part ended up coming in within a week. This most recent issue was similar to the first, and again, the part was on back order. I called once for an update after a month, was told the part was still on order, and I never heard back. After months of waiting and continued shuddering I am leaving this negative review. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received, with the issues this car repeatedly experiences, and I do not recommend this dealership service department. On a further note, Ford has handled the dual clutch transmission issue very poorly, but the dealerships should also have done more to mitigate the issue as well. That could have made the difference between me staying with Ford versus now never wanting to purchase another Ford ever again. read more
