The quick service place took no responsibility for the sudden problem, and I knew I could completely trust Dale and his staff to accurately fix the problem. Of course he did. He repaired their shoddy mistake, completely fixed the problem so my engine would accelerate properly, and I know I should only go to Friedman in the future. I called a head about a week prior to any expected repair drop off date to make sure they would even work on my Classic Mercedes Benz. My vehicle was with their shop for over 3 months before I was instructed to "better just come get it." This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I would call every two weeks at a minimum to get a status of the repairs with no real answer from anyone other than "we'll get to it later in the week." I'm so disappointed because I had heard nothing but great reviews and wanted them to do the wife's BMW repairs even but after months of "we're tracing a wire" or "we'll get it back into the shop" nothing! I have nothing positive to say about my experience. I hope you be cautious as a "new" costumer for they are not getting any referrals from me and my experience with them. read more

I needed some air condition work. He was way backed up. I was very grateful that he fit me in and was able to handle fixing the air conditioning in a short period of time. They made sure he was safe first off and then sent a tow. They made sure he knew his vehicle was safe and on its way to the shop. Had my Tahoe at Friedman for some mechanical repair. They did a great job and at a fair price. While it was there I realized they had a body shop as well. I asked for a quote to repaint my rusty rear bumper and Doug quoted it 2 way. 1 was to repair and repaint my old bumper and the 2nd was to buy a new bumper and paint that. #2 was cheaper and it came out perfect. He repainted a bumper on my 745 Li -- I am picky, and the color was flawlessly matched to the rest my car. It was a BMW 3 stage color that reflected perfectly with the rest of the car.
