I offered use of the lanai, as I just had an outlet installed (one thing that did go well.) Instead, after walking away and subsequently returning, I discovered that he brought the saw into the bathroom, and since there was no outlet installed in the bathroom yet he decided to move my bureau and use the outlet behind. At one point I saw him taping up the drawers with blue tape, as he said the drawers were opening when he moved the bureau. Again I told him to bring it out to the lanai, but he said he was almost done and I let him finish. The bureau has sticky tape on it that will need to be corrected. Someone had to come back two additional times to fix problems with the tiles and the grouting. From a company who did terrific work with my kitchen two years ago, this project was a total disaster. If I had another 30K I would have someone rip out the entire thing and start over.

The mirror didn't break but I needed it glued back onto the hinges. I went to another local glass company that was supposedly at that time the best, and was laughed at saying it couldn't be fixed. (To be honest, I don't think they are in business anymore.) At any rate, I found Crystal glass and they took the job on without hesitation! It held for quite a while and failed again .. but once again ... without hesitation they took it on to find something that would hold... like it was a welcomed challenge... and they did just that! It's been many years now and it's still as good as new! Stop here and don't hesitate to use this company! You won't do better anywhere else!

He pushed for a commitment and became irritated when I mentioned I had meetings with other contractors. It's wise to be cautious and get more than three quotes, since sticking to just three quotes or so will not give you the full picture for an expensive home improvement. After meeting with Tomer, we chose not to move forward because there were too many red flags. This is my opinion and experience. Day TWO (Wednesday), old kitchen cabinets removed (part of contract). Day THREE & FOUR (Thursday-Friday), new cabinets installed (part of contract). Day SEVEN, Dishwasher reinstalled (not part of contract). Day TEN, Countertops (part of contract) measured and Granite Slab selected (initial Granite Guy fell through on Tuesday). Day TWENTY THREE, Countertops and Stainless Steel Sink installed (took 3 hours, contract fulfilled). By noon Day TWENTY FOUR disposal and faucet and sink plumbing installed (not part of contract) and kitchen totally functional again.
