She showed me how much hair she wanted to cut off using a mirror looking into a mirror. I always use my breasts to measure how long my hair is, so I then brought my hair to my front to measure how long it would be once she removed as much as she said she would. I saw that it would come directly to my nipples. This was already more than I wanted cut, but decided my hair probably needed it. I've been trying to grow it longer than the bottom of my breasts for many years. She cut my hair, and when she started drying it my heart began to sink as it was hard to see with most of my hair at my back, but it looked WAY shorter than I intended. I mentioned that I thought it looked sorted than I'd wanted, she brought it all around to the front and I was devastated!!! It was 6 inches shorter than when I arrived... So much for a trim, I received a serious chop, against my wishes. I was so upset that at the time all I noticed was how it was way shorter than I've had it in years, I didn't notice that both sides are also completely uneven too. She really was kind of haphazard about the cut. What made it so much worse, was that she got totally defensive immediately, denying how much she'd cut... Like as if I don't know the length of my own hair. I constantly measured my hair against my breasts, I'm super aware of how long it was. I was clearly very upset! And to add insult to injury, before I'd even left, when I was totally incredulous that she was vehemently denying that I knew how much she'd cut off my hair, she accused me of trying to get out of paying. Wow!! I actually had over $500 just in my pocket that day, money is certainly not an issue for me. I don't understand why she couldn't just say sorry. I was so upset I left crying. Do not trust Donna!

The nail tech did a neat job but as always at this place everything was so rushed. There was no waiting in between coats, and they actually kicked me out of the pedicure chair before the service was done because a bunch of people had walked in and they didn't want to lose the sales. The top coat ended up getting applied by the door of the shop and there was quite literally no wait time in between coats. This was 2 hours ago now, I had the ac in my car running on my feet the entire drive home and the polish is still gummy and wet because there was no time to dry between coats. What happened to the little fans to help dry coats faster? Or just allowing a little bit of time between coats as you're supposed to? I do respect these women as they pretty much all work 9-6 7 days a week. But I just can't justify the money spent here anymore when they're rushing your service to turn out as many people as possible and not taking pride in their work.
