He laughed and said "nothing is perfect," also refused a discount or gift card, nothing to make it right. They still charged full price, not to mention added upcharges for shape of nail and polish. Customer service sucks, Chloe doesn't know how to handle resolution, and the customer is not their priority. DO NOT GO. Also, previous reviews state they all are not licensed, and I'm inclined to believe that. There was also no apology, or more training for him WORSE EXPERIENCE IN NAIL SALON. Don't trust the good reviews, when the ownership changed Chloe wouldn't let you leave until you left a review. She and Tom are scammers!!! My thumb bled quite a bit and she was not apologetic at all. My manicurist switched halfway through. The second person working on my nails CUT THE SCAB OFF OF MY THUMB and made it bleed again. Luckily the manager gave me neosporin. The manager left twice during my manicure to yell and curse at children outside that were "harassing" them (they were just being kids. Knocking on the door, etc.) I hate leaving such negative reviews but the salon wasn't clean. The employees weren't nice. My manicure was painful, and they were in a rush and didn't give me three coats so the manicure itself doesn't even look good. I wouldn't go to this location. The gel started chipping two days later and 7 days after having them done I went back for a refresh. -_- I figured my polish was really close to my skin color and that's why she forgot to paint half my nail, maybe she couldn't see.
