I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. I know hems on dresses like this are time consuming and I have no problem paying whatever it costs, but the lack of transparency is always problematic for me. They did a wonderful job with the dress - it looks great and cost $95 for a hem (this was a lot of fabric and two layered, FWIW) and a shoulder strap adjustment. I am happy with the results and the dress was ready in a week! I will be back for future alteration needs.
