I was seen immediately when I walked in despite it being mid-day on a Saturday. The tailor clearly knew what he was doing and was able to suggest solutions to help fix all of the issues I was worried about. I was very impressed by how quickly and expertly he made the necessary pins, marks, and suggestions. When I picked up the dress they had me try it to see whether more modifications were needed. It looked great, however a few dark marks had appeared on the dress since I dropped it off. To fix this, they got it dry cleaned within a few days. Overall it was a great experience!

She even saved some pieces of the lace pattern to sew onto the seam at the bottom to make the hem line less noticeable. She also shortened the straps, created some space under the arms, repaired buttons, added a loop for me to carry the train, and a bustle! I felt so comfortable leaving my dress with her! It was two layers but I thought $65 was a little pricey for that. The quality of the work was okay and about what I expected though the seam did unravel and have a few loose threads . It took a little less than 2 weeks. I'll chalk it up to my inexperience and try going here again but could be easily convinced to go elsewhere
