I was a little weary, because I had never heard of this company before. However, my expectations were exceeded. The day of the tour, our driver personally called and asked just a couple of questions. From there he was able to perfectly customize the experience perfect for us. Vern took us to about 3x as many houses than the I have been to before in the same amount of time. He was very friendly and he vehicle was very clean and nice. He provided everything we needed, he tidied up the limo at every stop, and even let us stop to use the restroom. When I called to ask what happened, the lady was very rude and claimed she never confirmed a limo and that they "don't rent limos for Quinceañeras." I had a party bus for my own Quinceañera, and just three years ago they rented us a limo for my cousin's Quinceañera with no problem. Instead of fixing their mistake, they said they had nothing available, refused to take any responsibility, didn't offer a refund, and didn't even try to resolve the situation.
