Prior to both pick-ups I received an email in advance reminding me of time of pick-up. When the drivers were on-site they called to let me know that they were there and exactly where to find them. Both of the drivers were very professional, polite and helpful. They both arrived not only on-time, but a little earlier than the scheduled pick-up time.
