Bent aluminum Ford Explorer wheel - Ouch
    Emil N.

Ran over an unmarked concrete curb and bent the inside of my front wheel enough to really look awful and start leaking air. Could have been worse but the damage was done. Called up Stu at classic wheel and explained the situation and he quoted me a good price right over the phone. Dropped off the wheel the very next day and he had it fixed and ready for me by closing time the same day. Stu was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He fully explained the process and assured me the wheel would be back to normal. After the wheel was fixed he balanced the wheel/tire perfectly using internal "sticky" weights. He even stayed open for me a bit longer so that I could make it back to the shop after work to pick up the wheel/tire. Car is back on the road again with no issues thanks to Stu at classic wheel!

    Damaged rim

Had busted my rim when I hit a curb; since Hyundai accent does not come with a spare tire, had to be towed. I was then referred to Classic wheels to have the busted rim repaired as other rim repair companies contacted through yelp stated that they do not service my rim damage. LUCKY ME.... Stuart, the owner of Classic Wheels told me to bring the rim to him as he can repair it. LO & BEHOLD, he did fix it and it looked brand new after his repair. 5 stars for a job well done! Will definitely have Classic Wheels as my preferred supplier for rim repairs! By the way, prices are very reasonable.

First mistake was buying wheels off of "Offer up" gave them the eye test and they looked fine. When I attempted to mount tires the barrels had some bends and could only be noticed when they were being balanced and spun. David, over at Tucker Tire recommend I give a few places a try, one just happen to be Stuart at Classic Wheel. Gave him a call and went in and all four wheels had issues. Stuart fixed them and also powder coated them for me. The way the wheels wobbled, I thought no way they can be fixed. But to my surprise, they came out pretty good! I can still fell a very slight wobble at 37-39 mph but that's it. And mind you, very slight. Hardly noticeable if you weren't looking/feeling for it. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the way they came out and would recommend Classic Wheel for anyone that dings, cracks or bends their wheels.

The repair came out great and it took around two days. Tony came to my house and picked up the wheel. Unfortunately the paint correction did not match the rim and also my tire was leaking where the repair was made (it wasn't leaking even when the rim was dented). So I contacted Tony again to see what he can do. He said the paint came off the machine and that's what it analyzed it as and was willing to do it again so I said sure since the paint came out black instead of blue. He also offered to check on the tire and rebead the seal. So he picked up the wheel again, and this time it took almost two weeks to be done with the repair and this was only the tire portion. He advised that the paint correction would take another couple of days. Honestly just wanted the wheel back since I was out of a car for two weeks already and who knows how much longer it would take to get the wheel back. He came and dropped it off and installed the wheel and the tire is holding air for now, but he did recommend me to just get a new tire if it leaks again which I will do. This time though, when I got the wheel back, it had a new chip near the center which wasn't there before from the original pick up nor the first repair. As far as value and convenience of picking up and delivering goes, I'd say it's fair and beats the competitors. Otherwise, I wasn't too thrilled about the repair. Update: Bumped up one star since tire repairs aren't part of their job description and Tony went out of his way to do it. Leaving it 3 stars due to paint issues and poor communication where I have to ask for updates every couple of days.

Brought my car in, went over some paperwork and was told I'd be contacted once the inspection was complete. Sure enough Matt called me to let me know there were some items found during inspection and which ones needed to be addressed right away. After agreeing to the updated quote they got to work. I came back to the shop prior to being told my car was ready, and I think there may have been a delay in getting parts needed (dropped the car off at 9am, wasn't done until 4pm). Other than that, the quoted price is what I paid, there wasn't any pushing to buy a service that wasn't needed. I will definitely be bringing my car back for the additional work needed.

I requested a quote through Yelp and my request was sent to multiple auto shops. I chose this…read morecompany based on location and called ahead to confirm they could do more than just read basic codes. I had already done my own diagnostics and knew the car was running rich. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

I will never use this business based on just the business tactics from the beginning without the proper follow through as promised and all the way towards the end. I still don't know how he could say so adamantly and rudely on the phone "I don't know what yelp is" well, I don't know how you even got rated so many stars. I don't even want to put a one. I'm really disappointed with my experience at America's Tire…read more About 10 months ago, I purchased Goodyear Eagle Touring tires here. I've put roughly 15,000 miles on them, and when I brought the car in, I was told they're already near the wear bars. That's extremely premature for a tire that was recommended to me. When I asked about it, I was told these are OEM tires and essentially have no meaningful warranty, and that it's not unusual for them to last as little as 10,000-15,000 miles. That raises a bigger issue: if that's the case, why were these recommended in the first place without clearly explaining the expected lifespan? As a customer, I rely on the shop to recommend products that balance performance, safety, and durability, not something that needs replacement in under a year of normal driving. Being told "that's just how OEM tires are" after the fact feels like a sales-first approach rather than customer-first. I've always considered America's Tire my go-to, but this experience has changed that. Going forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere because it feels like a shift toward sales over customer care at America's Tire.
