Beto is a life saver. He patched a tire for me a while back and last night I got another screw/nail in my tire and when I came in I saw how bad and unevenly worn my tires were. They're staggered so rotation is kinda out of the question but the wear pattern was so bad that I'll have to schedule alignment soon. Beto was able to find me exactly the tires I wanted (same that Tesla offers) and he gave me a great deal. He was able to get the tires the same day and install them in less than 45 minutes. It can be intimidating being a woman and going to shops but Beto was courteous, informative and extremely helpful.
