Went in for a noise rubbing on my tire , was charged $75 for a diagnostic on ONE wheel (was only inspected for 15 minutes total)! Service guy was inappropriate and said the n word , "this (n word) can help you right now ) referring to another service man being able to lift up the car for us. I went here on December 11, 2025, between 10:30 and 11:30 am. First of all, I can say this: since moving to the United States, I had never experienced racism--until I came to this place. They asked for $253 just to install four complete wheels that I had already brought as a full set, including balanced tires and TPMS sensors, ready to be mounted on the car. Their excuse was that the lug nuts from my vehicle could not be used with the new wheels, and they tried to force me to buy a lug nut set for $140. On top of that, they also demanded $25 per wheel for mounting, a fee that other shops usually charge only when a tire is removed from a rim and a different tire is installed. In my case, the job was simply to remove the old wheels and install the new ones I brought. When you walk in, there are two customer representatives behind a desk. One is a tall, big-built man standing on the left, and the other is a thin man standing closer to the wall. Since neither of them even bothered to tell me their names, I am describing them this way. When I first entered, the thin man near the wall told me the price would be $20 per tire. Later, the tall, big-built man came over and said that this person "doesn't work here and doesn't know the prices," even though when I walked in, that same person was sweeping the floors inside the office. The tall man told me that he would give me the price first and then the work would be done. While I was sitting inside waiting, he brought the quote. When I said that I found the $250 price too high and did not want to proceed, he started making faces and repeatedly saying, "Are you serious?" He then said that they had already started working on the car. I told him clearly that they did not get my approval and reminded him that he had said he would give me the price first before any work was done. Despite this, he kept repeating, "Are you serious?" At that point, he crumpled the paper in his hand, and despite my refusal, they forced the situation and brought my car in anyway, trying to pressure me into accepting the charge. When I asked if there was any possibility of a discount, he raised his voice and said in a condescending and humiliating tone, "This is not the Middle East, this is America." It was clear from my accent that I am an immigrant, and since he couldn't overcharge me, he chose to insult and demean me with a racist remark. I had the exact same work done just 2 miles away for $45. No lug nuts were changed, nothing extra was done. The full set of wheels I brought was installed, and the old ones were removed, exactly as it should have been. If you come here trusting the 5-star Google reviews, you will be making a big mistake, just like I did. I have never seen another place this racist, treating people like they exist only to be taken advantage of. I absolutely do not recommend this place. read more

My car needed an oil change in a jiffy. Making a last minute appointment at a car dealer service maintenance department can be challenging. I almost did at Toyota of Glendora, however, I ended up not doing it. I remember long time ago there was a tire place that did oil change in San Dimas. Light bulb lit up! Tire Pros came to mind. It is close to my old work location. After all these years, they are still here. I took the opportunity and dropped off my car. It's owned by new owners now. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Btw, if you drop off your car by 10:00 AM, you'll get $10 off the oil change cost. Sweet!!! Within two hours after my drop off, I received a phone call from Tire Pros to inform me that my car was ready for pick-up. Oil change includes complimentary rotation and basic health inspections of the car. I'm grateful my car has been well kept and maintained. Looking forward to many more miles with my car. I recently went to Tire Pros after suffering pothole damage to my vehicle on a Monday. The damage was assessed. Bradley had orders for a new wheel and tires in process on Monday and was able to install new parts on Tuesday. His shop was also able to straighten out a bent brake dust vent. Alignment was done and I was able to pick up my repaired vehicle on Wednesday. San Dimas Tire Pros have excellent customer service, do not upsell more repairs than are needed and are very skilled in the execution of all repairs at a VERY reasonable price. I am very disappointed.. I have been coming here for YEARS and I have 3 cars that I bring to this location. Today I took my car in for an oil change and was told that my car needed tires, sensor, and tune up. I asked if he can quote me the other stuff and for now to only do the oil change and as I am speaking he talks over me and says thanks for your time and hangs up. Very rude.. then when I picked up my car he didn't apply the 10 credit and didn't even try to cancel the transaction to do so and never gave me the quote! At this point I'm glad since I do not plan on taking any of my cars back. I made an unexpected visit to Tire Pros back in December, 5 days before Christmas, as my family and I were on our way to Vegas with our travel trailer. I was flagged down by a motorist that one of my tires on my trailer looked unsafe, so I pulled off the freeway, did a google search for a tire shop and Tire Pros popped up. I called them and talked to Eric and he was very polite, helpful, and told me to drive down to them and they will take a look at my tire right away. I got to the shop, met Eric, a very cool guy, he got his guys right on my trailer to take a look at my tire. The tire was good and the bearings were good, but there was something bad with the torsion axle that Eric suggested we not drive anywhere but back home as what could be bad now, could turn into something really bad on the 15 out in the middle of no where. As a family heading to Vegas for our vacation, this wasn't something you want to hear, but someone telling you this because they're concerned for yours and your family safety is 100% appreciated. I also do not want to forget to mention that the mechanics I met there too were were just as nice and helpful and same can be said for the guys in the front office. As we left the shop, I knew I had found my new tire shop, even though they're 30 miles from me, but that's ok, I will make the drive for the great customer service I experienced there. Went in with some kind of tire issue - ride wasn't smooth, felt vibrations and shaking on the gas pedal and steering wheel, noticed my mpg was much worse than before, and I had to have a heavier foot to get the car to accelerate. We decided on getting brand new tires thinking I was due for them and later the issue was found to be the tire balancing and weight. Truck felt a little better driving for a bit, but brought it back in with the same issue as before. They did a test drive and said it was all okay. I drove away still feeling like something was wrong but didn't go back for a few weeks because of work schedule. Long story short - I go to a friend's shop in Corona and they tell me the sandbags shouldn't have been used for my mid-size Toyota Tacoma and the tire balance should be with sticky weights. The bags used opened up in the tire so that was the main problem. Guys are nice there, they do want to help out, but this issue cost me a lot of time and money and I still had to go somewhere else. Surprised that their test driving it resulted in them saying it was fine. The truck probably didn't need new tires but just weight and tire balancing should have been an easy fix. read more

Service here is honest, reliable, and friendly! When my car's TPMS sensor went off for the third time in two months, I panicked. I had filled the tires myself at different gas stations, I was convinced I had a leak in a tire somewhere and brought my car to get checked out. Less than 10 minutes at the shop, the guy who checked me in comes back-- my car is ready to go... "Your tires and sensor are fine, you just had the pressure set at all different levels. You're good to go." I feel super embarrassed that I obviously don't know the basics of car maintenance. In a less honest shop, this would be the point where I'm up-sold all kinds of unnecessary services and products, but not here and that means A LOT. Where other shops would see a big payday in a super naive client, these guys helped me get around safely. Charged $40 over the initial quote. Were told the service, installing 4 new tires would take 90 minutes, came back 2 hours later still not complete, they had to fix some of the problems that they created, so had to wait an additional hour. They did not put the valve stems on correctly used a machine they were not supposed to in order to replace the lug nuts on the tire, and then they lost them. They were incredibly rude from start to finish only reason we left motorhome in their care was due to the fact that they were the closest that would take care of the tires.
