I have called repeatedly and left numerous messages, sent additional photos with no follow up. It is now April 2025 and Florentina still refuses to return any calls or provide any follow up on replacing the damaged sofa or offering any kind of discount. I will absolutely never buy another piece of furniture from this company and warn anyone in Albuquerque not to purchase anything from them.
