I honestly can't thank Anthony enough…read more I had just gotten my haircut about 30 minutes before coming here, and it was completely messed up. I was embarrassed and just wanted someone who could fix it. I walked in, explained what happened, and Anthony immediately made me feel comfortable. He was super down-to-earth, listened to all of my concerns, and reassured me that he'd get everything taken care of. Before he even started, he walked me through exactly what he was going to do and why. We had a great conversation the entire time, which made the experience even better. When he finished and handed me the mirror, I was genuinely relieved. My haircut looked great, and I finally felt confident again. What really stood out to me was that Anthony didn't even want to charge me because he was fixing another barber's mistake. That says a lot about his character. I insisted on paying him because his time and skill are valuable, and he absolutely earned it. He gained a loyal customer today, and I'll definitely be coming back. If you're looking for someone who's talented, honest, and genuinely cares about his clients, ask for Anthony. You won't be disappointed.

I'd assume he had stepped away briefly by then so I was asked to wait for him which I did for about 15 min. I saw him coming in, combing his hair etc. while I was waiting but did not take an opportunity to speak with me, letting me know he was Gerardo and acknowledging my appointment. Instead, he came after 15 min or so and told me "I came 10min late, he just doesn't have time and he can't do my haircut". Being a professional (which I assume he is), no casual apology nothing, just a cold "No". On the contrary, I had seen few more "open" appointment slots for this person on the booking site beyond my appointment time, which means I'd assume he had all the time for my haircut or at least a haircut OR beard work (among the haircut+beard combo I had booked for). Being rude, cold conversations especially towards new customers even when the place is not busy is not something I or a new customer would look forward to. So, I am not visiting here again and would recommend others to definitely stay away as well. Not surprised by similar feedback provided by other patrons in the past reviews.

Then I ask for a referral maybe your coworker is free or has an opening nope. Does he care about the guy in the chair next to him? Then he tells me to call the shop maybe they can help me ?! Some of the prior comments mentioned customer service and I am starting to belive they are right Where I am from you have a tight relationship with your barber and I like to look fresh so it would of been a constant thing.
