    Salmon Sliders

I will definitely return to C & C. It is a small lounge with very nice decor. They require membership to enter. Depending on the time and day, it is best to call first to make sure they are not packed or have a large reservation. C & C is a great place to chill and have drinks. The service is awesome! The drinks are good! But the food on the other hand could be better. The Salmon Sliders tasted like they could've used more seasoning. And the arugula that came with it was getting old and wilted. I was a little disappointed with the Lobster Mac. There was barely any lobster in it. They put a half shell of lobster on top. Other than that piece of lobster, the rest is pasta in a cream sauce.

I love this place. Point. Blank. Period. The cocktails are spot on and oh so sexy. My group had two cocktail each and we were worried we wouldn't make our latter dinner reservations. We came for a 7:30 PM reservation. It was almost empty which is to be expected considering they open at 6 PM. We had the Voilet, the Noble, Smoke Old fashion, the Classic and some geechee wings. My group of 4 came for some early pre dinner cocktails to celebrate a birthday. The ambiance is so sexy. This is such a girls night/date night vibe. The music sets the tone for the evening without being overwhelming. Feels like I was visiting my rich aunt that doesn't have kids with cool art and velvet chairs and fancy tapestries. Covid precautions include mask required for entry, temperature check and hand sanitizer is available. The staff was all masked and constantly cleaning. I love this place I look forward to coming back, sitting on the patio,or host a private event.

Take the pool elevator to the 6th floor from the lobby and you're in the party. The setup was a mix of sofas, long high top tables and seats at the bar. There could be reserved seating but mostly looked like first come, first served. We eventually got seats from gentlemen who were willing to get up. But it's a dance party so you won't be seated long. The rooftop bar was extremely busy so we got drinks in the lobby. The service on the rooftop and lobby bar was over extended. They needed more staff to support the crowd. Eventually we ordered food as it seemed more staff came in to help. We shared chicken wings and the flat bread pizza. The wings were a good size and come with potatoes. More like breakfast potatoes, not fries. They were rather salty and not very good. The flat bread pizza was tasty. Their menu included other starters, sandwiches, salads and desserts. We had cocktails - old fashioned, vodka and cranberry, and a Moscow mule. Good size and tasty. Overall, the band - The DJ Wright Band and DJ Eclazz were why we came! Definitely check this spot out.

We were visiting for an event and decided to enjoy a few small bites to satisfy our hunger until it started. I'm a lover of truffle fries. These fries were edible, but they missed the mark. The wings and shrimp were good, but the beef was dry. The bellini and Old Fashioned were on point. The service was very attentive and pleasant, from the bar staff to the valet attendants. The valet parking is expensive, but that's to be expected in Midtown. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and had a nice experience before the event.

I started off with the sangria, and for dinner I ordered the short rib. It came with a kimchi carrot and ginger purée and broccolini, and the entire flavor profile was amazing. That meal was so good I cleared the plate. Whoever created that dish deserves ten stars. The vibe and ambience were perfect -- cute for a date night or even just a nightcap. The service was great as well. I forgot the server's name, but she kept my water filled, checked on me multiple times, and made sure I was taken care of. That is all you can really ask for. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely return.

The spot is huge with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, so you aren't cramped while trying to catch a vibe. The 1000 Masks cocktail was smooth and balanced, avoiding the sugar-trap I expected from the blueberry syrup. We started with the Yuca Parmesan Truffle Fries--solid crunch and the truffle wasn't aggressive--and the Togarashi Tempura Veggies, which were light and crispy. I went with the 5Church Lamb Burger Sliders for the main; the gorgonzola fondue and red onion marmalade combo was a heavy hitter, though the lemon-dressed arugula kept it grounded. The food was a solid, reliable choice--nothing that'll change your life, but definitely tasty enough to keep you satisfied while the music does its thing. If you want a laid-back, intentional atmosphere without the extra noise, this is the move.

Beautiful views, but the service and the food left much to be desired…read more I ordered chicken skewers, 2 mocktails, artichoke dip, and yucca fries. The chicken skewers took forever to come out. You only get two of them, and they are served over a bed of mixed greens. They lacked seasoning and flavor. The artichoke dip was extremely oily and had a very strange texture--it was thick and spreadable. The pita bread tasted old and stale. asked for a fork and the waitress forgot. When she brought my fries, she realized that she never brought the fork, and still didn't bring it. I ordered yucca fries, but she brought regular fries. The mocktails were served in these foggy old cups. Even the customer next to me commented on her own cup and said it looked like someone had drank from it. They add 20% gratuity to ALL bills--I was by myself and it was still added. 5 Church is pretty good, but this place was not at all. I paid 65 dollars for my meal, which was absolutely not worth it, given the quality and service of my experience. Looks good for IG but I won't be coming back to this rooftop.
